I love this place so much! I've been going here for several years now and I 15/10 always recommend this place to everyone I know. It's such a relief because I've had many experiences where I didn't feel heard or valued as a patient. None of that nonsense here! Dr. Poon & Dr. Lin are really great providers. They both listen to every concern that you have, they make note of it, they REMEMBER IT, and they actually address them!

Some places just do a quick "maintenance", but the Dr. Lin & Dr. Poon target what's bothering you THAT DAY! They make sure to check if it will come back or not too. They also offer this monthly massage package that is perfect for me because I deal with a lot of stress due to my job and previous spinal injury. They don't push you to sign up for this either, which is nice. I've received a lot of professional massages and this one is affordable AND amazing!

Let me finish my review by telling you about the receptionist, Annie. SHE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She takes care of the insurance headaches, REMEMBERS YOUR WORK SCHEDULE to schedule you PERFECTLY, she connects with the patients, and she even helps the Doctors turn over their rooms! I simply love everyone there!

I started coming when my pregnancy sciatic pain became so bad I could barely walk. It took 15 minutes of chiro every two weeks for a couple of months, to almost eliminate my pain. I now go once a month for "upkeep" and it's made my life so much better.

I have been a patient at ACE Wellness for several years, for both a car accident and 2 L&I claims. I am ALWAYS treated in a professional manner, they are always glad to see me and truly concerned about my welfare. Besides that, Annie, Dr. Lin, Dr. Poon and Kyoto are full of knowledge and helpful hints on how I can get the most out of my treatments and feel better in every way. I can't say enough good things about these folks and the positive impact on my life!

Service is excellent all staff very friendly and competent professionals. Especially Chiro. Danial, massage therapist Sharan.

I just recently started seeing Dr. Lin. My back tweaked about a month ago (sleep injury?) and this is the most stubborn pain I've ever had. This is my second week and already I'm feeling so much better. Dr. Lin is also very personable and is great at explaining things. I highly recommend!

Amazing service every time I go to get treatment. The staff are always genuinely eager to help you and get you feeling better as well as focus on the longevity of your health. Dr. Lin is great at predicting how much time to take between visits and is excellent at targeting areas that need the most attention. I Highly recommend visiting if you or anyone in your family is experiencing bodily pain or discomfort.

Superb quality chiropractic care in a most convenient location - so glad I found them! I travel regularly to the area and sought treatment for an ongoing stressful condition. Dr. Lin's whole-body approach was exactly what was needed to complement and supplement the care I was receiving back home. Over a short, well-timed series of appointments I was completely healed and felt healthy again. I join other reviewers who highly recommend this practice.

Five years ago I left a positive review of Ace Wellness so this is an update. After a year of on and off issues I felt healed and stopped attending Dr. Lin. Now, five years later, I had some spine issues so I came back because I trust these people. They are kind, considerate, and flexible. Dr. Lin knows his stuff and listens to me. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for recovery and maintenance look no further. This is the one you are looking for. I went in for a casual visit wanting to try the Acupuncture at this location. It was superb; extremely gentle and accurate. Dr. Poon was able to assess my energies, gave me excellent information and suggested a diet to help alleviate my "dampness".

She also found a very tight knot within my neck and suggested I see Dr. Lin for a possible adjustment. My knee pain is what I wanted to address with him, so we did an overall exam. He showed me proper posture (mine was incredibly off), movements, and stretches to do outside of the office to alleviate my issues. Within just a few months my kneed pain was mostly gone and my posture had began adjusting back to proper form.

His methods were accurate, swift and painless. Often times the adjustments seemed to pop to place with little additional force; gentle hands. While keeping on the stretching regiment the examined areas work as intended and seemed to improve wonderfully. A few months have passed since my routine visits, and I have been less than stellar in maintaining the stretches regularly.

Certain sore spots seemed to appear, however, upon revisiting the stretches the issues tend to go away. I am sad to not be within the area to use his services. After a month or two after the initial I got a massage within the clinic as well. Another superb experience. She has a method I have not experienced at other offices. Gentle, with pressure applied as needed at various locations.

Overall my experience was incredible and I cannot wait to participate in the future. On a side note, as a practicing Taichi and martial artist, there is much to be learned from their incredible control and gentle hands when applying their techniques. I came to this clinic to see Dr Lin with uncertainties and reservations, I am new in the state so I relied in the reviews that I read regarding his expertise, true enough those reviews that I read were absolutely right. During the first meeting/evaluation/assessment, Dr Lin was so thorough, explained the pathology of my condition in a way that I was able to grasp well, he did not rush, very professional in his approach, knowledgeable, was upfront and honest regarding his plan of care/treatment visits.

The atmosphere in this clinic was warm and professional, Annie at the front desk is doing an awesome job too. I am really satisfied regarding the care that I received and actually this is my first time to write a review, I would definitely recommend them to a friend, so now, I am bringing my daughter to be seen by Dr Lin. My first visit definitely brought comfort, headache gone, now I am determined to comply with my treatment regimen, I gave the team two thumbs up for a job well done

I came to see Dr Lin almost a decade ago with three slipped disks, arthritis and sciatica. He and Dr Poon both, through their expertise and skill have helped me to a pain free life. I cannot thank them enough for the treatments and helping me with habits and exercises to keep myself that way. I truly would recommend you go to see him if you are in the tech industry and sit at a computer for a living, you probably do or will feel as I did. That is no way to live and trust me, there is a way out!

I decided to go to ACE Wellness because they were a walk away from work and very convenient. I hurt my shoulder due to a workout injury and was treated by Dr. Lin. Treatment did eventually help the pain and the Dr. was fine, I have no complaints about that part. The reason for my low review is due to the trouble obtaining a letter to send to my insurance.

The receptionist is just plain rude and needs lessons in customer service. I can't believe how how hard it is for them to write a simple letter to the insurance company explaining my injury and treatment. I had to email an example of what I wanted them to write. When I finally got the letter (which I had to keep following up and bug them about) it contained a sentence that was not accurate, that I didn't notice, so of course was denied by the insurance company.

When I asked for a revision and for them to correct their error they said NO?! Are you kidding me?! They made the mistake and didn't even apologize and to top it off they are declining to fix their error. I am a paying customer and Doctors should be well versed in dealing with insurance companies. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will tell everyone about my experience here.

If you want to deal with a rude receptionist and just pay to get an adjustment, then you won't have an issue. If you are looking for a more friendly environment or have an injury you will be going through insurance for, DON'T go to ACE Wellness.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Lin and Dr. Poon since we moved to the Kirkland area. They are both great. They listen to your issues, fine tune their approaches to fit your needs exactly. They sometimes will even do the above and beyond to take care of you, and not always worrying about if the insurance will pay them or not. I had a nerve damage and doing physical therapy, but also got acupuncture treatment from Dr. Poon.

She would evaluate my situation and tailor the needle points based on how/where we feel the needs are. At some point, my right hand had some numbness, and in this one session, after the acupuncture, the numbness went away for most part of the my hands. This obviously doesn't happen every time, but that one time was a pretty incredible feeling and relief. I trust their judgment and the professionalism. Most importantly, they focus on treating the patient, not just what the insurance tells them what to do or how to do it.

I started going here shortly after I moved to Seattle as ACE was recommended to me by a co-worker. I occasionally get really bad headaches from working at a PC all day and Dr Lin takes excellent chiropractic care of me and advises me on ways to help myself like stretches, posture, setting up my workstation, etc. and as long as I follow his advice I stay pretty headache free!

I recently started seeing him a bit more often my wrist had been swollen up and hurting for a few days (from more computer work) and he's been fantastic in helping me get it back to normal and in teaching me how to prevent it. He's got a very holistic approach, which I really appreciate. Hmm, come to think of it. I will probably get in trouble for writing this on a weekend when I'm supposed to be resting and stretching my wrist and not typing on a pc. I better go stretch now. :)

I first came to Ace Wellness for Carpel Tunnel and Tendonitis on my elbow, both my hands and arms were in pain. Dr. Jules Lin was great in explaining what was going on. Besides providing treat, he taught me how I could help myself improve by doing exercises and how to be mindful of my posture. Today I am pain free on my arms and wrists! I also consulted with Dr. Poon on acupuncture and Chinese meds. She is very knowledgeable and always glad to share with you what she knows. Annie is always so nice and helpful! I am so grateful to have found Ace Wellness!

I had been going to Ace Wellness for two car accidents. Annie is funny and treats you like family. Dr. Lin has been a wealth of information in getting myself healed. Dr. Poon performs magic with acupuncture. I go back as needed and we work on any other issues that might arise. I would highly recommed them. They will restore your faith in Chiropractic care.

Been coming here for a couple years now on and off ever since I suffered from a whiplash and then somewhat chronic stress related muscle tension. And I keep coming back because I don't think there is a better clinic around. I think Dr. Jules Lin and Esther Poon combine a good mix of knowledge and medicial experience in Eastern and Western medicine. That's what makes this clinic so special.

I mostly see Dr. Lin for chiropractic adjustments and treatment of muscle tension. Dr. Esther helps me with more Eastern-med oriented treatments like acupuncture and cupping therapy (do not confuse with clubbing therapy). :) Both doctors are very competent with their treatments, and the way they communicate and educate me about where my symptoms come from and what exercise plans help me get better in the long run. Very happy I found them!

I found Ace Wellness online, and then I saw that it was covered through my insurance, so I thought I would give it a try. I've never tried acupuncture before, and the thought of little needles put inside of me scared me, but I went in with an open mind, and boy was I glad I did! Dr Poon is awesome! She is very open with you about discussing your symptons/health, and goes over everything she does in detail before doing them. (Like she asks to look at your tongue beforehand.

I never knew why she did that, but apparently it helps diagnose you health patterns by looking at the color and thickness of your tongue) I've been going for the last couple months and I feel like its helped calm me down, and I think I've gotten over my fear of needles! (as long as I don't personally see them sticking inside of me)

Been seeing Dr Lin & kiyoko & dr poon off & on in the pass 2 years. Not only do they treat you, but the educate on how to stay healthy. I only tend to see them threw the winter time when the weather is cold, my bones will ache & calm up. Their receptionist Annie is absolutely helpful when I need to reschedule they don't charge me extra fees & so attentive everytime. Love this place have recommended to everybody I know. Dr. Poon ( acupuncture) and Dr. Lin( chiro) are amazing. I have had back issues for years and I feel the best I have ever felt! After going consistently for nearly 3 months my body feels great! I highly recommend acupuncture for general body wellness, as well as any back pain. Long term, acupuncture is far more effective than massage in relaxing muscles. I love ACE WELLNESS.amazing staff!

I am a marathon runner and also a triathlete, so I need my massage at least one every month. I found Marie from Ace Wellness. She is AWESOME. She can tailor my massage very well to include stretching and trigger points. Also, she has a strong hand and knows what to do with them on my tight back and shoulder muscle. I will definitely suggest you to give a try. Oh, one more thing, the staff in Ace Wellness is very nice too, and they have different payment plan to offer.

This clinic is a very friendly place. I found Dr Lin online just wanting to change doctors to be closer to work. He is very detailed and helpful getting me treated the right way. I felt both doctors in this clinic was very honest and goes the extra mile to help even dealing with insurance agents.
