I was waiting in the lobby to have xrays taken. I asked the young lady up front if i could reschedule for next week. The two young woman in the back on computers looked at each other and the other rolled her eyes. I looked into the windows of her soul when she did and asked, "no?". No customer in any shape or form should have such a disheartening moment.
She does not know me or what my story is in life. If young people are going to work there then they should be trained to treat their customers with respect at any establishment. I did not expect to have such a terrible feeling from a chiropractic office? Why would why I want to go back? No, thank you!

Dr. Brad is the best. Any issue I have, he listens and then adjusts me accordingly. I have been going to this practice for close to 10 years and it's always been amazing! The office staff is always incredible as well. The whole vibe is super peaceful, professional, but also feels familiar. I could rave all day. So just go check it out.

I chose this office based on their reviews and I am extremely pleased! Today was my first adjustment. The doctor explained everything in a way I could understand. She gave me tips on how to work on things at home. I feel amazing just after this one adjustment. Immediately I can tell a huge difference and I'm so excited! The staff and doctor are very pleasant. The office is super nice and clean. You must give them a try! You will not be disappointed

Dr Brad Steinle is a caring individual that listens to what our concerns are and works to alleviate issues. My whole family visits here and he keeps us adjusted without just pushing to have us come back. They also accept our insurance so this is a big plus. The front office staff also are very polite and accommodating, yet keep us safe with temp checks, allow us to wait in our vehicles until ready to be seen. So glad we found them last year.

Ive been seeing Chiropractors since I was a toddler. I have literally seen dozens of varying Chiropractors over the years. But there was something 'different' about this office. After meeting Dr. Brad, I could tell he truly cared about my health. He took his time with me, was thorough and listened to my concerns. Dr. Brad fully informed me on his Chiropractic technique and strategy before starting care.
