I'm am so grateful to have come across ADVANTACARE. This place has helped me change my life and helps me prepare and live everyday from waking up and using skills they gave me in everyday life! I have been coming for a month now and the friendly staff encourages me to make my appointments and make better choices in my lifestyle. Monica, Brooke, Dr. Bartlet and shay have become a crucial part of my recovery to back to a healthy lifestyle.

I appreciate Dr. Craig, Mary, Brooke, Shay and Monica for all of their support. Everyone on staff is friendly and outgoing they will make you feel comfortable at ease and welcoming. Their main goal is to ensure that you perform each exercises correctly as you move from one station to the next. Dr. Craig will take as much time as needed to answere any questions or concerns that you might have before your appointment is up.

This is the perfect balance for body wellness. No matter the age, affective treatments and knowledge that you can take with you after your visits. I was very happy with my time there and would definitely recommend. Dr. Bartelt and his staff are great and welcoming to questions if you have any.

Brought my teen daughter here for back pain she was having, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Bartelt is very knowledgeable, patient, and funny, and the whole staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. It's a very relaxed environment where they provide a full wellness program, including physical therapy and massage. I will definitely visit them again for all our future family needs!

The staff is super nice and welcoming. Dr. Bartelt is very thorough when determining a treatment plan to help with pain. Also a great place for massage therapy. She does a fantastic job!

This chiropractic care facilities is one of the most enjoyable centers in elizabethtown ky. They have friendly staff and the doctor is really friendly. They have an on site massage therapist that does a wonderful job as well. At the time of this review for passport insurance holders they do take passport insurance and while you're there ask about the massages. Been going here for some time now and they even helped with a work comp case of mine where I had a washing machine fall on me and hurt my back. Have felt better ever since coming to this place.

Great facility with great staff. Started 10 days ago and could barely move now walking upright and can actually sleep at night without pain medication. It is a complete thorough wellness approach from stretches, to adjustments, electrical simulation, roller tables and a wonderful deep tissue massage therapist. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff treat you like family. Thank you Dr. Bartelt!

He is more than just pop and go. He looks for the core issue and focuses on helping you heal. He does a combination of physical therapy and chiropractic.

This Doctor and his team do more than Chiropractic. They also do physical therapy as a part of the visit. Most people need the combo. This is the place to go. He also cares enough for his patients to find the source of the pain. He is up front with you about the care you need including life changes. I highly recommend this Doctor and his team.

My husband and I moved from out of state and I needed to find a new chiropractic office. I was nervous about finding someone new; however, everyone here made me feel welcomed. Scheduling is easy, I love the massage option with Shay (she does amazing work!) Brooke and Mary are very pleasant and easy to work with. I really appreciate Dr. Bartelt and his willingness to listen and truly help with my neck and back issues. Great place to go.
