I called last night to try to get my daughter an appointment and to no one answered. A woman called me this morning and when I answered she did not introduce herself, did not say where she was calling from, she just barked "What do you want?" I said, "um. I'm sorry? I'm confused. You called me?" and she said, "you called me". Still never introduced herself or where she was calling from. Extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I had to look up the phone number in order to figure out who was even calling me.

Dr. Russell and his staff are very friendly. When you set up an appointment, expect it to be 45 minutes from start to finish. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and you spend the first 20 minutes in a massage chair. Dr Russell will then see you and work whatever issues you're having. Is also flexible to address varying issues week to week. He even helped with my clicking jaw! Would recommend for anyone with minor aches and pains.

This was the worst Chiropractic place i have ever been to. The Doctor, Russin was very nice and friendly. But i only saw him once. The ladies at the office desk and any other ot the others that worked there didnt speak. The ladies at the front office the real light skinned one was vety nasty to me, She was all up in my face as if she wanted to fight me, After the young man came to the sitting area, called my name, to come to the back for treatment, I got up to follow him, I looked up he had left me., I didnt know which room to go into.

So I said aloud to myself, am i suppose to know which room to go into. The heavy set light skinned one came out of the office got in my face. I just left the building Reported her, and never went back. They didnt have the rt machines to work with. The workers need to get some type of specializes training. The things and the peoples they have there now will end up Hurting someone. I will kgive them s ONE RATING. But I will give DR. RUSSIN A 5!.
