Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all the at same time causing overload. In contrast, at Imatrix Management Center our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your home.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

After messages left with four different employees two weeks ago, Aron never called me so here's the review: Three weeks ago our power was turned off in all of Tehama County - for 30 miles in any direction, the entire county had no electricity, water, cell service, or access to any communication for 2 full nights and three days. And yet, I had an appointment for a massage during that time.
I was unable to get a hold of Arons because my phone did not work until the morning of the appointment. I called immediately and Left a voicemail staying that I could not make it due to the state of emergency. Aron's receptionist called me a few hours later and chastised me for not coming in. I told her my phone did not work until a couple hours prior at which time I left them a voicemail.
She said that was no excuse because they had sent out a voicemail telling everybody they would be open. Obviously, many of us were not able to receive that communication! The receptionist Even admitted their phones hadn't been working right either, so they did not get my voicemail that morning. This was the first of PG&E's power outages and was very disorganized.
We were all rushing around helping our elderly with refrigeration for food and medications, heat, and water. The Red Bluff Daily News even published photos of the entire county black except for one business that was open which was a donut shop. And somehow people were supposed to know that in the entire county Arons chiropractic was expecting patients to show up or be yelled at and threatened to be charged?
Many of their patients have disabilities and need transportation etc. Anyway, I asked for a manager and they said they had none. They told me I could talk to Aaron by coming down there and waiting in the reception area to argue the point with him in person if he has time! That seems like a very bad idea to me since there might be patients in the waiting room that would hear it; and, if I could've been there I already would've been! it is a state of emergency people!
So I asked for Aaron to call me back. I called back two other times and asked two other employees to have Aron call me. Never got a call. Anyway. I have moved on to a new medical facility. Ironically, the power was cut two days ago and my appointment was scheduled for today. I was so stressed out trying to get a hold of them to make sure they also knew I wouldn't be able to make it.
They were finally available by email today and assured me they would never expect anyone during a declared state of emergency To show up for a (strange) massage in the dark instead of out in the community helping The elderly, disabled, and displaced. In response to Aron's feeble response saying the short story I took the time to write wasn't detailed enough: Just know that Aron's is horrible with how they treat patients, runs the office horribly, AND doesn't have a legitimate masseuse.
The ONLY massage therapist they have is an elderly lady, not good with people, who told me that she "Doesn't push hard anymore because she is too old to do so." So, it was the most ridiculous, ineffective massage I have ever experienced.

Great professional chiropractor that has helped me far more than a 800mg ibuprofen could. They got me in same day when I thought my back was out but it was actually a rib. Before going in it hurt to breath after I could breath again pain free & 85% of the pain gone then 2 days later 100%. I can honestly say I didn't use to believe in chiropractors but am a believer in it today. Thank you guys!

I designated Dr. Arons as my primary work comp provider a few years ago. I have never had any provider ever fight as hard and be so tenacious on my behalf as he has been. He is a warrior when it comes to fighting for and advocating for his patients. I trust him completely and am grateful for his care.

You have to see (feel) first hand, the immediate life changing results of Dr. Arons' treatment. Just a few examples in the past month I've witnessed: My son went to Dr. Arons immediately upon being sent home from work because his back went out. He walked out of appointment feeling ! P.S. this was the ONLY day my son missed from work in 2 1/2 yrs. Another one I witnessed this month: my dear friend called me from ER room, (she had brought her non-verbal daughter there because she couldn't stand without collapsing.) ER ran test after test.discharging her saying she was fine. SHE wasn't fine!
Her parents then took her to Dr. Arons (carrying there 15 yr old in because she couldn't walk and was in pain!) They left 15 min. later with there daughter walking out of his office. Side note: she clapped and smiled on the drive home. Dr. Arons our community is blessed to have you

I have personally worked in the medical field for 15+ years and I would love for the manager to know that all of the receptionists that work at this facility are severely lacking simple customer service skills. You are the face of the clinic, you should welcome anybody that walks through that door, if it's a patient or not. I've walked in that place three times now and all three times I am completely ignored. Not looked at, not acknowledged, never spoken to. I will now avoid this facility if I can help it!

I hadn't been to a chiropractor since just before covid started and I REALLY needed an overall adjustment. Dr. Scott was highly recommended so figured I should at least go once. So so glad I did! The staff is very kind, made me feel at ease. Dr. has a nice bedside manner, explains how he does things, and then just does his thing (pretty quick). Fine for me because I'm familiar with the treatment/adjustments for my pain. I assume he'd explain each one to someone who's never been. Anyway, I feel MUCH better! No more spasms or pain in my hips or neck, with only one treatment!
