I had never been adjusted until I was injured in a high school football game my junior year. After the injury I decided to see a chiropractor. Within two adjustments I was feeling better and was able to play in the next game. After being impressed by my chiropractic experience, I did some research and became interested in chiropractic as a career.
Patients may initially seek chiropractic care for pain relief at our office from hearing our current patients share the results they've had or because they've "tried everything else" to get rid of it. Through the use of the Gonstead Technique, Dr. Adam and Dr. Ashley carefully analyze your spine for the root of your problem & specifically adjust only the vertebrae of your spine that need corrected.

I have had neck and hip issues for many years and have tried several different chiropractors. After coming to Back in Balance my hip pain is virtually gone and my neck pain has improved drastically in a short amount of time.
The first visit to our office typically takes between 45 minutes to one hour, including paperwork. During this visit your health history will be reviewed, an exam will be performed, x-rays will be taken if deemed necessary, your questions will be answered, an adjustment will be given if indicated. Home instructions will also be provided.

I worked with Dr Adam for some lower back pain in addition to some shoulder pain. Dr. Adam is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. I was always comfortable & was also pleasantly surprised that at each visit, he took the time to ask how things were feeling + genuinely listened. Dr. Adam has truly impressed me with his breath of knowledge; he has taught me that there are so many ways chiropractic care can help a whole host of problems, from pregnancy to colicky babies, or hearing loss to planter fasciitis, he can treat so much more than just back pain! He will also make sure his patients are directed to an appropriate doctor if chiropractic care isn't the best solution.

Highly recommend Dr Adam. He takes the time to ask how your doing not just rush you in and out rushing to next patient. He truly cares about his patients. Easy to get in within day or two and flexible with your schedule. I take both my kids and husband. I hate the activator and love that Dr Adam does manual adjustment and asks your needs

I've been seeing Dr Adam for about 2 months for severe sciatic nerve pain in my hip. I had immediate almost complete relief after the first treatment for several days. As I've continued treatment, the pain has been gone longer between adjustments. I'm up to almost 3 weeks pain free after being in constant pain for a couple of months. Dr. Adam suggested exercises to help stretch the tight muscles causing the pain and suggestions for posture, using ice and using a tennis ball to knead out the knots at home. Dr. Adam is friendly, approachable and takes time to thoroughly listen to what's going on and to answer my questions. He's also been very easy to schedule with and accommodates lunch hour appointments. I'm so glad I chose Back in Balance Family Chiropractic for my spine care!

Adam and Ashley are very polite, professional, and helpful! I have been treating with them regularly for over 6 months now. Dr. Adam has a very flexible schedule and is often able to change my appointment time, at my request (even at the last minute!) I would recommend their office to anyone seeking chiropractic care!

I would give them 100 stars if I could. Service is out of this world. Both Ashley and Adam will answer all of my questions with incredible patience. There technique is amazing and certainly has brought me much relieve. Prices are VERY reasonable. Unlike any chiropractor I have used in the past. Thank you Back in Balance for getting me pain free!

My 7 year old has seen Dr Adam since birth. Myself and 5 other kids have used him the last 7 years and even my husband has been dragged in. We love that we can almost always get in when we need and are in and out without much of a fuss. My 2 year old twins know where to go and sit and love their adjustments.

I came to Dr. Adam with lower back pain that was limiting my movement and causing a great deal of pain. I am not normally a "chiropractor" person and had tried to correct the issue with stretching and pain medicine but this was obviously not working. He fixed the issue in just 2 appointments and has converted me to the power of chiropractic care. Over the past couple years I have occasionally had additional problems that he can fix very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Adam.

I had an employee hurt his back while moving into an apartment last year. After trying his medical doctor, waiting for it to get better, and taking pain pills he didn't improve and was still not able to work at all. I suggested that he give Adam a try and within a couple days, our employee was feeling so much better and within a week he was back to work. Thanks you Adam for the wonderful care you have him! I had never gone to an Chiropractor before I went to Back in Balance. I had heard many stories from others about their experiences with various chiropractors and it scared me a bit to try it. Dr. Adam Renelt is great at making people feel at ease and explains exactly what the problem is and what he is going to do to correct the problem. I only had to go twice for some quick adjustments and I was good to go. Excellent job!

I have been going to Back In Balance for about 4 years now. They have always done a great job making me feel comfortable during my visits. What I really like, is that they are willing to work with my massage therapist so that we can maximize the results and really make a difference. Their flexibility is always appreciated as well, since they make themselves available for emergencies.
