Bates chiropractor clinic is amazing, they all treat you like family, my family has been going to them for years and they have always treated us like family and my Mom actually passed away after only going there a few times and they sent flowers and a card! Dr Lisa Bates is amazing. I've been with her and the clinic for the past 3 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I need a quick adjustment, all I need to do is give them a call and they do everything they can to accommodate me. Dr. Bates is always friendly and very professional. When I ask questions, she does an excellent job of explaining and answering it.

Over the years, we've become very close. At my appointments (I go every 3 weeks), we chat professionally and personally. I've been to other chiropractors before and some use very aggressive methods of treatment or won't ask which kind of treatment I would prefer. With this clinic, they are very respectful. They discuss with you various treatments and make sure you have a voice in how you are treated.

This is a small clinic but the care you receive is 5-star. I always look forward to my sessions because I always leave relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Dr Bates and the Bates Chiropractic Clinic!
