Dr. Laura Hodne
Dr. Laura Hodne is originally from Troy, New York, where she discovered her love for chiropractic in the 9th grade through a sports injury. As a decorated soccer and softball player, she injured her back and found chiropractic offered her a quick recovery, in addition to improving overall performance. Dr. Laura pursued her education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she continued her soccer and softball career (she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006), earning her Bachelors in Biology.

This is long overdue praise and thanks for Dr. Hodne. Almost three years ago, I woke up with acute back pain and could not stand straight. I had never been treated by a chiropractor, but I had enough good sense to try for the first time. I found Beacon Family Chiropractic online, called, and got an appointment. Dr. Hodne provided prompt relief. After a handful of follow-up visits, my back returned to its normally painless state. Dr. Hodne taught me stretches and exercises, and I have since not had a recurrence.

Best Chiropractor in all of Massachusetts. When I went to see Laura I was dealing with chronic headaches and knee pain. After I was set up with a treatment plan and in just a few visits I was pain free. No more headaches and knee pain is gone! Dr. Hodne is the first chiropractor I have ever been to, and let me just say she is amazing! I started seeing Dr. Hodne for TMJ, and after one visit I walked out feeling 10x better than when I went in. I have been seeing her weekly for the past few weeks, and every time I go I feel even more amazing than the time before. She is very thorough, listens to all of my concerns, and is extremely easy to work with for scheduling purposes. If you searching for a chiropractor, look no further - she's great! I recently suffered a work related back injury and was in absolute agony, I wasn't able to stand up straight and was walking with a limp. I called Beacon Family Chiropractic and was seen the next day, was quickly and thoroughly assessed, treated and adjusted and also went back the next day. And I am happy to say that I was back to normal work within a week and a half! I couldn't be happier with the care, explanations and treatment I had at Beacon Chiropractic!

I have been using chiropractic care for over 20 years now. We recently moved to this area and I needed to find a new office. After doing some research, I chose Beacon Family Chiropractic. I was welcomed into the practice and couldn't be happier! Doc Laura has been wonderful to work with! I have always been accommodated with appointments that work with my schedule and always leave the office with much relief. Doc Laura takes her time in each appointment and targets the areas needing attention. If you need a chiropractor, I would highly suggest Beacon Family Chiropractic!

I don't write many reviews, but this one is long overdue. I went to Dr. Hodne a year and a half ago for an ongoing neck injury issue; from a car accident a year earlier She was very successful at providing relief over a series of visits. I went to her again a few weeks ago for a thrown back and she provided instant relief. I had two entirely separate issues, one that I would consider a long term issue and the other a short term issues. Each time, I agonized in pain much longer than I should have. Each time, she was very quick in successfully helping me.

Dr. Hodne is an exceptional chiropractor. The services I received following my car accident resulted in increased mobility and relieved the chronic pain I was in. I highly recommend her services for anyone suffering with decreased mobility and/or pain. Dr. Hodne is incredibly response to patient needs and always takes time to listen.

Dr. Hodne is an exceptional chiropractor! I've been seeing her for two years and she always able to accommodate my busy schedule to fit me in for an appointment. I've been to other chiropractors and she is by far the best and is always able to relieve my back and neck pain. She is also very personable, I always leave with a feeling of relief. When I needed immediate pain relief, Dr. Hodne was there to help! I was able to make an immediate appointment. Time and time again she has worked with my schedule. I have always been able to be seen with no wait or a very short one. She made me feel comfortable and took time to listen to me.that made all the difference for me initially. I have also found relief with some of the products on display in the office. Dr. Hodne is exceptional as a person and professional. I appreciate her skill, care, and friendship. Have been working in culinary now for almost 15 years. There's always troubles about standing up for 10-16 hours a day and always hunched over that kills our backs. I started seeing Dr. Hodne at the beginning of the year, and I have never felt better! She does amazing work and everytime I leave her office I feel like a new person again!

*Dr. Hodne - Chiropractor Extraordinaire* I stumbled upon Dr. Hodne's Chiropractic practice via the wonderful Yelp app and of the many accolades I've given in my written reviews, this one is filled with gratitude! I called because I was suddenly struck with excruciating leg pain that was so bad that it prevented me from sleeping through the night.
At the risk of sounding dramatic, the pain was clearly a 10 and over the counter medications weren't helping, an X-Ray showed nothing and I had nowhere to turn but to see a Chiropractor. My initial phone call was met with a sincere desire, on Dr. Hodne's part, to listen to what I was saying and much to my surprise, she offered me an appointment for the very next day!
Upon arrival to her clean, modern office, she greeted me personally and took the time to explain, in detail, the entire process. And then, in less than a half hour's time, I felt relief from the pain and she sent me home with a plan that would help me until I saw her again. I recently had my 2nd visit and I can honestly say that I'm hooked on this very talented practitioner!

Would definitely recommend! I had an accident while lifting heavy weights at the gym on a Saturday, I felt like my neck snapped. I was browsing online that night for a chiropractor, where I found out about Beacon chiropractic. I emailed her the next morning on a Sunday after still having constant severe neck pain. She saw me that afternoon on a Sunday!
Not only that but as a new patient she got me set up right away and was very professional and helped a lot with my pain. My neck feels better already, huge difference. Bonus, she's kind and friendly and The office looks very kid friendly as well.

Dr. Hodne has been extremely helpful! I started going to her practice back in May of this year with severe neck pain and she's reduced my pain level to almost nothing. She's extemely flexible with scheduling and has offered to see me after hours if I ever was in too much pain. I have already recommended her to someone else and will continue to do so!
