The doctors and staff of Campbell Chiropractic Wellness Center have been capably and proudly serving the chiropractic and nutritional needs of the Kingwood/Humble area since 1993. As a spine surgeon practicing in the Kingwood/Humble area for many years, I have become familiar with most of the spine care professionals in the region.
Campbell Chiropractic Wellness Center strives to provide the best health care for anyone who grants us the privilege of treating them. We do this is by making sure that our treatment protocols are patient specific because generic treatment plans lead to longer care than is necessary and often have questionable results.

The dr is truly one of the most amazing chiropractors I've visited. He explained everything in detail and showed me the models of what exactly is going on with my back. He really listened to my concerns and told me how we would make a game plan to relive my pain. The staff is also insanely nice, Suzan who works the front was so nice and also helped me reschedule an appointment on short notice.
And Lisa in the back was so sweet and made sure I wasn't in any pain while we did the shock simulator thing. Made sure I was very comfortable and okay the whole time. 5/5 recommend.

Always an incredible experience here. Dr Scott Pagano is a superb chiropractor. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Actually takes the time to listen to his patients needs and approaches adjustments with a gentle and effective style. Don't be surprised if he calls you personally to see how you are doing. He's just that caring of a doctor and overall an awesome individual. Dr. Pagano along with his family and his office staff are friendly and every visit is welcoming. I would highly recommend this chiropractor.

Dr. Scott Pagano is a true professional, with a relaxed and upbeat demeanor; I have enjoyed him and his efficient/friendly staff, and have greatly benefited from his care, involving conservative adjustments to my neck, addressing and alleviating painful numbness and tingling in my hands. Dr. Pagano was very patient with my "random/migrating" symptoms (that started after beginning a new workout routine) and my efforts to explain them; he answers every question in an easy-to-grasp, yet thorough, manner, and is genuinely dedicated to his patients' issues and improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Pagano and Campbell Chiropractic Center.

Dr Scott is amazing. We are out of town guests in Kingwood and my wife's back goes out. We called late one evening and we were in the next day. He has helped her so much. I trust him and he would be our chiropractor if we lived in Kingwood, TX. Great bedside manners and very professional and great people skills. Extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it all works.
