Dr Carlson is AMAZING. If it hadn't been for him I would have been in an old folks home without arms - literally, and their staff is GREAT. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude. And, my husband didn't believe in Chiropractor's, but when he had a pinched nerve in his leg and he couldn't stand, they fixed him right up. He is kind, gentle and treats you like family, and knows exactly how to fix any problem.
I have been going to him for about 15 years to stay adjusted or if I have any kinks, and I will for the rest of my life. You will LOVE the care you are given. If anyone has nerve, back or neck problems, this is THEE place to go - bar none. Thank you Carlson Center.

Horrible! I went in everyone was nice until I got up to the desk thinking I'm going to make my next appointment for the next day and schedule my future appointment and they tell me I owe$89.31 what I thought my insurance covered? Bottom line is the girl at the front desk says to me " youshould of asked" WOW Really you should of explained what I was getting and how much as well. Would not recommend! Girl at counter very rude and condisending

I've been with each of the three doctors. They are intelligent, informative, friendly, .acrossed the board lovely people. The entire staff are absolutely fabulous! There's pretty much no waiting ever and the front desk is always available for whatever might be needed. I keep having to tell myself it's not magic, it's science, but I'm still excited like I just saw a magic trick because the gradual progress I'm making is wonderful!

My previous chiropractor was located close to work, and so when I changed jobs, to be closer to home (30 mins closer) I was looking for a new chiropractor. I was referred by a friend, and never needed to go anywhere else! The facility is always immaculate, the staff are friendly, and the range of therapies available after an adjustment cater to the needs of the patient. I hope to stay with Dr. Carlson and staff indefinitely.

The staff at Carlson Chiropractic Center is amazing! The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. Saad and Kristi in the therapy area are so awesome! I look forward to seeing them every time I have therapy. They are so nice and personable. And Dr. Nicholay really cares about the whole person. Your quality of life is important to him and he really listens. I will not trust my Chiropractic needs with anyone else besides Carlson Chiropractic Center!

Dr. Bright is an amazing Dr. She has helped me get my shoulder (frozen shoulder) back to where it should be after breaking my wrist!!! I hate getting my neck popped but coming to her she makes me feel comfortable being here!!! Thank you so much!!! I recommend Carlson Chiropractor Center to everyone!!! I also want to Thank Tara for making me feel at home in Therapy. I feel like she is more than just a therapist like a friend!!!

I'd never had back issues, but one day I hurt my back so badly that I couldn't even hold my infant or toddler. Upon the recommendation of several friends, I called Carlson Chiropractic Center and they fit me in that day, despite the last minute timing and some bad winter weather. They eased my pain that day, and started me on a plan that had me not only back to my normal self, but with a stronger back than before the injury. The office is clean and nice, the staff is both professional and kind, and most importantly--my chiropractor (Dr Nicholay) fixed my back.

Amazing place!! In the midst of my best running condition and season I ended up with a back, hip, and leg issue that kept me from running for a year. I tried everything I could, but, nothing was working. That was until I went to Dr. Carlson. He got me back on track and feeling great again! The staff is awesome, friendly, and helpful as well. Went from thinking my running days were over to running again!

Every worker here is wonderful! They really care. They remember you. They are super helpful. They even have a little play room for kids. (Shown in photo. My nephew hates to leave). I see Dr. Bright. She has been so helpful. My back and hips have improved tremendously. I’ve been to multiple other chiropractors and Carlson chiropractic is by far the best I’ve been to. They have a large therapy area as well, so there are many options of how to help you. Shout out to Tara! She’s one of the awesome therapy people!

Went to Carlson chiropractic because I had a pinched nerve they gave me a chiropractor who could barely get his arms around me to pop my back. He helped a little but not much. I actually did more for myself than he did. I quit going and went to a better more helpful chiropractor who could actually pop my back and help me a lot I would not recommend going to this place they care more about getting you in and setting up with lots of appointments that you don't really need just to get your money they really don't care about you at all.

People here are nice but they will do the bare minimum on your problems so they can squeeze as many appointments as possible out of you which I guess is good if someone else is forkin out the bill but at $30 a pop with insurance it gets pretty pricey! They tried setting me up for 20 appointments! Go to the Chiropractor in Webb City across from Granny Shaffer's, they got done in two appointments what Carlson did in 6+ appointments, I had to stop going because I couldn't afford it and Carlson was still urging me to come in!
