I've been seeing Dr. Padilla at least once a week (except when I'm out of town) for the past 23 years. When I first starting going to him I was in a lot of back pain due to 2 bulging discs. After a period of extensive visits, Dr. Padilla got me in good enough shape to walk 3 miles several times a week and go to a Trainer. I have continued to see him for maintenance care ever since. I'm now 77 and continue to walk 3 miles several times a week and do Aqua Fit. Dr. Padilla is caring, knowlegable, and a totally terrific guy! His staff goes out of their way to help you as well. I highly recommend Dr. Padilla and San Diego Spine and Wellness.

I first saw Dr. Padilla for a back injury. He diagnosed some disc degeneration and started a treatment plan. I walked in that first time stooped over and in pain.2 treatments and I was 80% better. I now see him on occasion for maintenance. I also took my 85 year old mother (who was visiting SD)with serious back issues into his office. He gave her treatment for 2 weeks.and then found her a doctor near her home that would be able to continue treatment. That is going well above and beyond.

He's the most genuine and caring dr I know! My daughters and I seen him for a number of years and he always take good care of us! We were afraid of neck manipulation but he has this cool machine that could just do the job without adjusting our neck! He's also very kind and compassionate. When he heard that I lost my job due to Covid, he offered my girls and I free adjustments! Thank you Dr Padilla! couldn't thank you enough for your kindness!

I should've done this years ago, but I can honestly say that Dr. Padilla saved my life. After being misdiagnosed and mistreated, after my first visit with him I cried in my car because finally someone listened to me and validated my feelings. I was in a car accident when I was 19 and spent a year going to different doctors and physical therapists who told me my pain was in my head and it was due to my posture.
After speaking with Dr Padilla for ten minutes, he said I was experiencing post-whiplash symptoms and wouldn't be surprised if I had ligament damage. He was right and he also said I had lost 100% of the natural curve in my neck. After what seemed like a lifetime of pain, Dr Padilla treated me and gave me a reason to be happy and to live pain free again.
Without him, I would've most likely become addicted to pain relievers and muscle relaxers. I owe Dr Padilla my happiness. Not to mention, his office staff is so kind and loving, they make you wish you never get better so you don't have to stop going. Thank you Dr. Padilla for everything, you are my hero!

Been going for years. Surgeon said my options were either injections or c-spine surgery. Chiro tx with Dr. Padilla have kept me healthy and able to function normally. Able to go to gym and do pretty much any other activity thanks to his expertise. No need for injections or surgery. Thanks Dr. Padilla!

Thirty years ago I fell off a horse. I saw massage therapists and different chiropractors, but the pain subsided only a little. Dr. Padilla has made a tremendous difference in my life. I went to him seeking help straightening my spine and with laser and the pro-life treatments, I am now walking much straighter and not having constant back pain. Also, a year ago I was diagnosed with a leg tendon problem and was told i would have to wear a brace the rest of my life. At Dr. Padilla's suggestion, I began laser treatments on my leg and knees, and the pain and inflammation have all but disappeared and i am walking much better, and playing tennis and golf with ease without the brace.
I can't say enough about these treatments, and would suggest trying Dr. Padilla's services before accepting that you need to live with pain and have an incomplete lifestyle.

I started going to Dr. Padilla for extreme back pain. He recommended his concierge service which has been a huge help in improving my mobility and reducing my pain levels. A couple months back, I also managed to injure my foot (causing significant inflammation) and after a number of weeks without improvement, I mentioned the injury to Dr. Padilla who treated it with his class IV laser causing immediate relief!
In addition to the doctor himself, his office staff is wonderful. They accommodate my constantly changing schedule and are super sweet. I'm now feeling much better and very glad I found this office!

DR. PADILLA Is very heart felt and friendly to his patients. He lesson to his patients After first exam, He explains his findings and a complete run down on treatments available and what course or plan needed base on your condition. I've been having really bad back & neck pain, after just 2 visits to Dr. Padilla I feel like a new person. Conveniently located and the whole staff is very friendly. Even my husband is switching to this office after he's been seeing another chiropractor, he said Dr. Padilla was able to get kinks out in just 1 visit that others couldn't get after several treatments. We will definitely be sticking with this office.

Dr. Padilla and his staff (Lori) are the most accommodating and caring professionals in their field. Dr. Padilla takes his time to evaluate his patients, listening to all of their health concerns. He unlike others in his profession take a multifactorial approach to treatment. This, coupled with the warm smile from Lori at evey visit makes me look forward to each adjustment!

My wife and I are new to Chiropractic treatment.what I did not know - worked against me. The first visit w/ Dr. Padilla showed an X-ray of my spine. Looking at the image compared to a physical model of a healthy spine was an eye-opener. I did not have chronic pain, but learned how inflexible and degenerative I had become. He does an excellent job of explaining the functions of the nervous system and how message traffic through the nerves can become corrupted/diverted if the spine has issues.
In other words your body compensates all the time, this can affect and impact other moving parts. It all makes sense. I am becoming more flexible and am in the process of preventive medicine to keep my body functioning at a higher level than before. My previous attitude of "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" has changed to "keeping what I have running longer". Danny

I have been a patient of Dr James Padilla's for over 6 years. Dr P is the BEST! I see him weekly for an adjustment to keep my scoliosis and uneven leg lengths, functioning and working at peak capacity. (I am an avid runner and yogi) Dr Padilla truly is a gifted Dr, chiropractor, healer and all around great person. My family of three all see Dr Padilla for everything from back and neck adjustments to the numerous times he has treated & healed our athlete daughter. Dr Padilla's knowledge and scope of the body is all encompassing.
He also has a lot of great "gadgets and gizmos" he uses to heal! His Class 4 Laser has been used multiple times to treat and heal our daughter from shin splints, Osgood Schlatters and a fractured foot. Dr Padilla is continually learning and educating himself on all the latest and greatest in the areas of chiropractic and preventative medicine. Dr Padilla is my first call when it comes to anything medically related.
My weekly adjustments from Dr P keep me healthy and my body functioning at a high level. I am addicted to "Feeling Great" and chiropractic care keeps me healthy! I was referred to Dr. Padilla when I decided I wanted to fix my posture. Within 15 minutes of my first appointment he showed me xrays that showed I had an extra rib that was impeding my motion slightly- something I had never been told before! He helped correct my posture and overall has been the best chiropractor I've been to. Personable and professional, highly recommend!

I walked into LiveRight with a stuff neck so severe I could not sleep. Thanks to Dr Padilla I have fully recuperated and sleep well! Dr Padilla was very careful and gentle in his manipulations- I was a bit nervous the first time!- but no problem at all. I have recommended him to my family without hesitation.
