I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant lower back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it.

I do not have words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Caron. 4 years ago I fell on the ice and injured, what I thought was, just my left hamstring. since then I have had muscle spasms in my back and pain in my left shin so bad that it was painful to walk just a few hundred feet. I have seen my primary and several specialists. I even had 8 weeks of physical therapy and a personal trainer at a gym to help strengthen my leg muscles hoping the shin pain would go away.

I was told the pain was from my fallen arch so I got orthotics. Next I tried acupuncture. That relieved some of the back spasms but no help for my shin. Finally this march I began having sciatica down my right leg so badly that it would buckle under me from the pain. I had to do something different. I began seeing Dr. Caron and after 4 months of adjustments, today I was able to walk 2+ miles with no pain in either leg.

I am forever grateful! I have had nothing but a great experience here. From scheduling, to billing and even helping with my insurance company. I highly recommend Dr. Caron and this office.

I have been in chiropractic care for 25 years and have seen many chiropractors over that time span. At one point my back would frequently and unexpectedly lock up and drop me to my knees unable to stand until it freed up. I stumbled onto Caron family chiropractic. At my initial visit, Dr. Caron took the time to take measurements of range of motion and evaluate my poster.

She then sat down and explained her findings in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. She worked with me to come up with a reasonable and realistic treatment plan. She treated me as a person and not a patient. I feel Dr. Caron is an extremely knowledgeable and caring peron. I would and have recommend her to all my family and friends. If you are reading this you are obviously looking for chiropractic care. Give Caron family chiropractic a try, you have nothing to lose except body pain and discomfort.

I received great treatment here and was finally feeling better. She adjusted my ankles, addressed any injury I had from running or hiking, as well as helping my pinched nerve symptoms. My problem lies in the billing. I was told I had complete coverage for any and all future visits. At my last appointment I was told my insurance stopped covering chiropractic visits.

Now this was after I received treatment. The office never once mentioned it two days ago while I was there, nor did they mention it when I called to reschedule to a later time today, nor did they tell me when I walked in the door. After being treated I was presented with a payment plan option for future visits. I feel like the office should have been straightforward and put in a better effort to tell me.

Especially when I was sitting on a massage table for 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. You don't just throw a bill at someone and makes lame excuses over forgetting to tell them. Always check in, make sure ours covered because the treatment is good, the receptionist isn't.
