Rude, uncooperative
I went to see Dr. Duncan a few times after an accident I sustained but everytime I saw Dr. Duncan I was afraid he didn't know what he was doing and he was going to hurt me worse. He is not gentle nor careful, I felt like he wasn't taking the necessary time to examine and listen to any new complaints I may have had. I had been to chiropractors before but Dr. Duncan did not make me comfortable at all.

Then when I had my new Dr. send over an autorization for copies of my medical records and xrays to be sent to them Dr. Duncan told me that he would have to charge me for any and all copies of xrays and medical records I wanted to be sent to my new dr. I was not happy about that at all. I have never had a dr. charge me before for such things. All I wanted was my new dr. to be up to speed on my current condition and have all the accurate information in front of him but because I could not afford to have the copies made my records will not be as thorough as they should be at my new dr. office. They are definitely not consumer or patient friendly!
