In 1991 Dr. Kulik co-founded Commonwealth Chiropractic Center of Reston PC Center along with colleague Dr. Neil McLaughlin. From the beginning, their vision was to create a center of excellence for natural spinal health care in the National Capitol Area. Their goal was to shift the health paradigm away from treating pain and disease with harmful drugs and dangerous surgery to one of safe and effective natural spinal care, prevention and wellness.
Dr. McLaughlin was born into an athletic, health oriented family. His Dad, a former Division 1 Basketball player and coach for over 30 years in NY. His Mom, an immigrant from Ireland rose to become a Registered Nurse who eventually ran a Cardiac ICU unit at Stony Brook Hospital on Long Island, NY. Dr. McLaughlin and his 4 siblings were raised in an atmosphere of fitness and health.
Chiropractic care is all about locating disruption and removing it. When you choose us for your care, we begin by examining your body and spine to dig deep and find out where interference is hiding in your nervous system. When we pinpoint this interference and remove it through an adjustment, your body can function exactly as it was meant to.

Dr. Kulik and his staff are personable, skilled, empathetic, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend this chiropractor if you live or work in the Reston area. I have been going for approximately two months, and my back feels much better. Dr. Kulik even showed me exercises that I have also taken his advice in doing, and these have also made me feel better!

Scheduling is easy and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Kulik is genuinely concerned about your health and wellbeing. I learned about Commonwealth Chiropractic in 2006 from a highly revered work colleague and running friend. Over the years, I have seen Dr. Kulik several times for serious running issues. He listened to me, diagnosed the issue, and provided me with a treatment plan that helped me prepare for marathons and ultramarathons. The office staff is terrific, and two of them have been there since 2006. They are professional, efficient, and caring. I would recommend Commonwealth Chiropractic to any of my running friends.

I have been having back pain issues for the past 15 years and I visited the orthopedic many times and nothing has been done at all and the pain is worsening as I get older. I went to Dr kulik, he did xrays and then he explained to me in details what's going on and how he can work on it. I very much appreciate the detailed explanation because now after 15 years later I finally understand what exactly is the problem and how exactly he can help me. Taking the time to educate the patients is very important to me.

I have been to many chiropractors, but nothing like professional Dr. Kulik! Not only does he execute the adjustments flawlessly every single time, but he connects with me on a personal level. He created a custom treatment plan for me that mixes technology, manual adjustments, homework excercises, and he follows up on my progress every single visit. I've had really bad neck pain for years and have even had to miss several days of work because of it. A coworker recommended I see a chiropractor. After trying several remedies myself to no avail, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Kulik. He did several x-rays and explained my issue and the treatment plan going forward. After only a couple weeks of treatment, I noticed a HUGE difference. My daily discomfort level is now mild to unnoticeable. I'm still receiving treatment and I continue to improve after every visit. They also accept my insurance.

Dr. Amanda is super awesome and amazing. I've seen her for my achilles and shoulder injuries. She is knowledgable, kind, and has put me on the road to healing. I no longer had shin or achilles pain after a couple of treatments with her. My shoulder is already getting better after just one visit. Thank you Dr. Amanda.
