Doctor Ferrigno is a great chiropractor who not only used state of the art technology but cares about his patients by giving the proper maintenance plan to them. Libby and Audrey are the most fun loving kind hearted front staff people I have ever met and they make everyone feel at home and as if you have known them for a while. The office is always booming with enthusiasm, love, and laughter with these two and with Dr Ferrigno as well. I would highly recommend you go to Bay Area Disc Center for the best chiropractor and front desk people to make you feel at home. God bless you guys!

So for a simple x-ray I paid 120 dollars. I was told I had all sorts issues with my back, that I needed to spend an other 4K. This place is money scam. Stay away. I was given an adjustment of 10 seconds. For an other 60 bucks. No good. Bad experience

I highly recommend this place. Im 31, dealing with back pain since 2017 and reached severe lower back pain. I was already looking into different back surgery options, After trying physical, chiro and acupuncture therapy, the pain only got worse, back in September i reached i point where i couldn't stand it so i came across bay area disc center spine decompression treatment.

It worked for me so far. I started back in October already got done with the main treatment (reduced my pain from a 7 to 0) and continued with maintenance appointments. I'm really glad i went with this option. My own physicians gave me no hope nor help but only addictive medicine and back shots. Dr Anthony has been great and very helpful can't thank him enough and can't forget the krew of hardworking ladies. they do an amazing job!

My hubby had the worst back pain EVER! We got a referral from a friend and the staff at the Bay Area Disc Centers came through for him. Dr. Ferrigno and his staff are professional and they provide an excellent service! All without drugs. My husband was dreading permanent damage but three weeks later, he is without pain and walking straight. Thank you so much Bay Area Disc Centers!

It's been 7 months since I've been coming here. I'm a Dental Hygienist and I came here b/c I have hip pain from leaning all the time at work. IT ACTUALLY WORKS. Ask for Doctor Ponce De Leon. He's great. I'll definitely keep coming back. Amber, the front desk technician and the rest of the staff are very helpful as well

This office was such a pleasure! I rarely write any Yelp reviews but decided I owe these guys one, because they are so over-the-top caring. I was diagnosed by Kaiser with two disc problems in my neck and lower back. I was referred to this center by a friend and I signed up for two different machine therapies that addressed both of my problems. I did these machines concurrently and felt a ton of relief!

The service was personal, caring and friendly. What was so over-the-top is that I found myself looking forward to seeing the EMPLOYEES during my visits. So not only was the therapy very beneficial but the staff were so wonderful. I would hands down recommend this place over and over and have done so!

This office ROCKS, I'm very comfortable and feel very safe while being treated. 5 yrs. ago I went in the office and couldn't walk very well. 7 weeks later I was able to walk around 8 countries in the Caribbean. Staying up with continued treatment has given my a better quality of life. I'm so happy I didn't go for the back surgery!

I found this place on a facebook ad and I was interested in the spinal decompression for my neck. Making an appointment was easy online and I don't think you can possibly miss your appointment because they send you constant text reminders. I also called in advance to check if they take my insurance, they said that they did, but didn't happen to mention that they are actually out of network.

Next time I know to be more specific in my questions. I had my first appointment where we chat and they review applicable records and then you have to come back to get his recommendation and treatment. He presented me with a treatment that would take several months and about 3k. He talked a lot about how he was one of the only few specialists in his field, it felt very sales pitchy to me.

I then went back to have a spinal decompression treatment. The assistant set me up and then left. The problem was that she didn't set it up properly so it wasn't doing anything for 20 minutes and there was no one in the room to assist me to make an adjustment. She finally returned and I told her I didn't think it was working, and she adjusted it smaller and started it over, I could then actually feel the pull. Also, I felt a little uncomfortable that they just use a tissue on the head strap that goes on your forehead, I didn't feel like it was very sanitary as it is super thin. Later that day I noticed that it actually increased my pain, so I decided not to pursue any further treatment.

The staff is welcoming and very professional, Audrey is the office manager she is sweet and makes you feel comfortable, Marisa is sweet and knowledgeable, Dr. Thomas Ferrigno gets straight to the point about your treatment Provides a step by step plan and it works!. My C6 is not bothering me as I started their in June 2020. Mars is the new massage therapists she is awesome, I have sent my parents to her as they are 70 years old she took good care of them no complaints about stiffness & pain. Sincerely Roxanna

I'm grateful to have discovered Bay Area Disc Centers in Campbell, CA, for my treatments of head, neck, shoulders, and back pain with good results by Dr. Thomas Ferrigno, along with the devoted help of Audrey and Gitte. I have treated at other physical therapy clinics in the Bay Area for my pain, due to the auto accident, with no improvement at all, until I was treated by Dr. Ferrigno. Dr. Ferrigno, Audrey, and Gitte are knowledgeable, professional, well-communicated, respectful, kind, honest, responsive, friendly, and most caring, who have treated me well as their own family member. Bay Area Disc Centers' Campbell location is super clean and spacious with State of the Art Treatment. Scheduled appointments are flexible and easy to make.

Every time I called the clinic during business hours, there was always someone in the office promptly answering the phone. Dr. Ferrigno, Gitte, and Audrey are the most dedicated and finest individuals, whom I have ever met in my life. I wish Doctor Ferrigno, Audrey, and Gitte the best, always!

I've been going here for several months and the entire staff has always been so great and wonderful with working with my schedule to fulfill my goals!

These guys are terrific - really made a positive difference in my life. I suffered for over 20 years with lower back pain from bulging/herniated discs. My (extremely well-respected) neurosurgeon suggested I try decompression under chiropractic care before turning to surgical solutions. Dr. F reviewed my MRI with me, clearly described their proposed treatment plan, and thoroughly and professionally monitored my progress and condition during the weeks of treatment.

I have been on routine occasional maintenance for 3 years now, and my back feels better at 60 than it did at 40 - I'm active, lifting weights, riding my bike, enjoying my life! Kayla and the rest of Dr. F's support team are friendly, professional and great to work with as well. So glad I trusted these guys with treatment of my back.

Dr. Walton accepted me at the end of the day, on a walk-in, approximately three weeks ago. My lower back was in severe pain, and I felt a significant improvement (I would say about 90% increase in mobility) after my second treatment, which was two days later. I would say that I'm actually feeling better now than I was before the injury that prompted my visit, also due in part to some low-impact exercises I was coached on how to do at home.

Anybody that has suffered a significant back injury can appreciate any form of relief, and I really feel that I got my money's worth from Bay Area Disc Centers; considering that I've gained my life back from what was a debilitating injury for me. I'm grateful for the successful treatment, and excellent service from the front staff as well. Thank you very much for the help, I plan to return soon for a check-up.

I previously wrote a review when this was Crossroads Health Center. (See my other reviews if interested. It has a more detailed write-up.) Anyways, I've been a patient here for about 2 years now and have finally had all my problems worked out! The Doctors and staff are excellent and this saved me from having surgery. Well worth it, even though I had to change a lot and adapt to be rid of the pain.

When I arrived @ Bay Area Disc Center I was experiencing excruciating lower back pain. I have been an avid runner since childhood & have worked in the restaurant industry since I was a teen! I am 46 now and finally reached my "breaking point", literally & figuratively! After meeting Dr. Thomas Ferrigno I had regained hope of returning to the quality of life I am accustomed to.

I did not know that I could endure a herniated disc without facing back surgery as the only option. His therapy is progressive and works! I am running again and have hope and feel good that I did my part in a team effort to be mindful of the health of my back and my body. I feel great about investing in my health and would highly recommend this approach to my friends, coworkers and family!

I recent went to Dr Ferrigno for my back pain. Dr Ferrigno made me very comfortable and totally explained everything. All the doctors and staff at the office is the best. My back is feeling a lot better.

Very disappointing. Scheduled my first visit which ended up just being an hour long conversation with the chiropractor. They said they wanted to order my X-rays from kaiser which is fine but really a herniated disc is a herniated disc. Waited a few weeks no follow up. I called them back and said I want to start getting adjustments and they said they're still waiting for my records. Fine.

Again I waited several more weeks to hear from them to start the treatments and I still haven't heard from them. My advice to them is you should be easier to work with cause most chiropractors are easy to work with.

Nutrition program, liked it, but it very expensive, took tons of vitamins and supplements. Dr. Ferrigno very nice most of time but maybe caught him on an off day and he wasn't very friendly or helpufl for one of my 3 meetings that I paid a lot of money for. But other 2 times he was very helpful, guided my nutrition. Good experience, still use some of the vitamins, minerals, supplements and health tips. People told me regularly that I looked healthier and my skin had a healthy glow to it.
