Before I found Dr. Baiata, my hands were in so much pain that I could not even wash my hair without experiencing a searing heat up through my arms. I went to four different neurologists who told me an operation was inevitable. So I tried acupuncture, with no results. I hadn't been able to work for four months and I began to think I would never make art again. After six sessions with Dr. Baiata, the pain in my hands evaporated. Over the course of a few months, Dr. Baiata taught me how to build up my wrist strength through excercises, to be patient and take breaks. Dr. Baita's confidence in my healing, his gentle presence and his ability to communicate this through his hands is a gift. His practice saved me from the infection, healing time and often ineffectual surgery associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.
