Stretch your Hamstrings - Lay on your back, thirty times a day in three sets of ten repetitions. Start before getting out of bed, leg straight, circles with your foot. Use a moist heating and on your back, two pillows under your knees for twenty minutes, three times a day. Those lumbar muscles fatigue then tear resulting in spasm.
Rodgers and staff are absolutely wonderful! They take time to talk to you and answer any of your questions. There is almost no wait time and have flexible hours for anyone with a hectic schedule not to mention treatment is top notch! I'm an Olympic sprinter. For 7 months, I suffered excruciating pain in my left chest which radiated down my left arm causing numbness and tingling in my hand and fingers.

Google reviews should be able to be answered instead of mean malicious people having a platform to vent their own problems! If you have a deductible you have to pay it, if you came late you have to wait! 140.00 or 70 whatever for a 45 minute visit is so low even for a moderate restaurant. Going to a doctor with four degrees practicing 46 years of experience!

Really don't even have to be there and certainly don't do it for the money, there isn't any! Be happy for our warmth, knowledge and experience! But leave us out of your problems and leave me alone. Thank you all for the spectacular reviews over the many many years! I truly love you all and being there practicing since the age of 22 in this my own practice.!

I never write reviews but must in this case. Dr Rogers is simply the best. Made an appointment outside of regular hours, took care from A to Z. Priced is more than reasonable. Highly recommend for all your chiropractic and physical therapy needs.

Going to Dr. Andrews was the best decision of my life. I have 2 herniated disks (L4,L 5) and was told by my doctors, physicians, neurologists, surgeons, and othopedics that I would not be able to go to college and needed surgery ASAP. I decided to go to a chiropractor as a last resort and he was able to fix me after 1 session. Dr. Andrew and my physical therapist were able to heal my herniated disks in 1 week. I no longer use my crutches or wheelchair and am going to college in 4 days! Thanks Dr. Andrew!

I've known Dr. Rodgers for nearly 20 years. He's definitely one of the best chiropractors I've ever had adjust me, .if not, THE BEST! His personality is phenomenal. Always happy, ever friendly and welcoming, the man is a gem! He is kind and caring to EVERYONE! He's quick and focused, meaning you never wait long. But the end purpose is always achieved.

You leave feeling better, invigorated, --lighter in mind, body, and spirit. With a variety of great services available, Fort Lee Chiropractic, is a one-stop-shop. PT, massage, pain mgt, acupuncture, etc., all on site. The location is convenient. Just blocks from where all major highways converge. Parking is plentiful in the free lot. Dr. Rodgers also is very knowledgeable about motor vehicle/legal/workman's comp claims.

He will ensure you get the best care to accommodate ALL of your needs. The office staff is wonderful, and Vayron, the masseur, albeit very busy, is superb. Go get adjusted TODAY!

Dr. Rodgers was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Rodgers is great! Very caring and considerate. He is your next door neighbor who is big into basketball. Very knowledgeable and through. His office offers massage therapy, physical therapy and acupuncture. Any type of pain you have, he is worth meeting! He is caring compassionate and down to earth.

Andrew Rodgers and his team are great, encouraging, and interested in making sure their patients do well -- I was having some significant problems that were alleviated by their care. In addition, Dr. Rodgers made sure that I received supportive care I didn't even ask for after the initial problem was resolving so I could go back to my athletic pursuits as quickly as possible.

I picked Dr. Rodgers as a result of the reviews on Google, and I couldn't have been any luckier. I was in excruciating pain on a Saturday afternoon - Dr. Rodgers was the only office actually OPEN. He set me up at 4 pm, AFTER his office was already closed and not only is he super nice, warm hearted but most importantly VERY TALENTED AT WHAT HE DOES, I literally walked out of there in NO PAIN and feeling like BUTTER : Had an overall awesome experience! Office hours are VERY convenient as well. I would absolutely recommend him.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Andrew Rogers is fine. He is, as people have said, funny and appears to care. But it is all smoke and mirrors. I called for an appointment for physical therapy, was given a time. When I called to confirm I was told they didn't do physical therapy at that time. So I scheduled for another time. I got there and waited almost forty minutes, but had to go to work. Rescheduled for two days later. Got there, waited fifteen minutes, people looked for my chart, they found it-- but then waited another fifteen minutes. Had to go to work, so I left. Dr. Rogers called me ten minutes later on my cell, said nicely, "what happened?" I started to say that it was twice I had to wait- but I couldn't finish what I had to say--because he interrupted me and said, "Then you can never come back, " and hung up the phone on me. WHAT?

Why did he call me back? Be prepared for extraordinarily unprofessional behavior-- and everyone looking to make a fast buck. Two months ago, he whipped out and put me in a brace that was way too large for me, and then charged me $80. Best simply to avoid. Unless you like to be treated poorly.
