Dr Garian is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes time to explain the condition and his findings, you never feel rushed with him. At the same time, I am always seen on time. He is very health oriented in general and gives practical recommendations for various aspects of life that affect one's spine and posture. Highly recommend him to anyone with muscular-skeletal issues.

Richard Garian is a caring, helpful practicioner with a wealth of knowledge especially with regards to spine injuries and treatment of chronic conditions. I especially appreciate his attentiveness. In April I was involved in an automobile accident. Rear-ended by two big vehicles that left me traumatized and in constant pain. Upon walking into Dr. Garian's office, I immediately felt more relaxed, less traumatized, and my spirit soothed. The ambiance in the office is calming and serene. All of Dr. Garian's staff are caretakers and treated me with great gentleness, and care. Dr. Garian is not only an expert chiropractor, but also an angel.
He most definitely cares about helping his patients heal and get better. Dr. Garian created a treatment plan for me and today I feel so much better-more and more like myself everyday, and I continue to heal. From the onset Dr. Garian clearly explained exactly what had happened to me in the accident and also had great empathy for what I went through.
He shared how his treatment would help me heal. He was so right. Dr. Jackman, who treated me, too, is also a cross between a healer, an angel, and a gifted chiropractor, who cares about helping his patients heal and get better. I have been going to Framingham Chiropractor for almost 20 years. I receive treatments for back pain in regards to a herniated disc in my low back. Without the Chiropractic adjustments that I have received over the years, I would be in a lot of pain and discomfort. But when I am able to keep up with treatments on a regular basis, I notice a big difference and I feel great! Highly recommend Dr Garian and the staff at Framingham Chiropractor.
