I absolutely love Dr. Buck Bowman and his staff! Every time I'm in the office they treat me like family. Dr. Bowman is patient. kind and really listens to how I'm feeling and then treats me accordingly. He is an excellent chiropractor! Daisy, at the front desk, is always calm, sweet and caring. And the office manager, Cindy, is super joyful, high-spirited and loving! Cindy truly cares about people and it shows!

If this review were for Dr. Dan Bartko alone it would be 5 stars. He's amazing and the only reason we return to this office. You do have to take the office staff with a grain of salt and understand that they are rude and condescending to everyone. They discuss personal information loudly, with no regard for protocol or regulations and have no idea how to space appointments.
Expect to wait 30, 40, even 60 minutes for your appointment. But Dr. Bartko makes the wait worth it. He CARES about you. This is crazy I know! He listens to what you're saying and makes sure you get appropriate treatment. And unlike almost any chiropractor I've ever been to, he doesn't try to sell me anything. Not supplements, not equipment, not even more appointments.
He just wants you to be well. Sadly, Dr. Bartko has no control over the office staff or how they stack his appointments, so dealing with the staff and wait is the cost of seeing a great doctor, but Dr. Bartko is by far the best chiropractor I've found in the AV. Make your appointment with "Dr. Dan" today.

When I called to make an appointment I asked the receptionist if so could come in to see a doctor and make an appointment to get a letter. The receptionist lied to me and said they could do it. So I go in there and asked them to get my mri report and they refused. The doctor said he can't do that. He was very rude to me and I felt uncomfortable having him touch me. At least they did not charge me. I left in tears. Don't go here! Go somewhere else.

I've been going now for 4 months and my visits have always been pleasant, warm, and comfortable setting I've never had a long wait time nor have I had to stand outside to wait because of over crowded waiting room or to be 6ft ect.due to covid-19 which could make a line, but I've never seen it in such conditions. The staff are amazing kind and caring and sincere women who run the front office, lastly the amazing Dr.s very gentle but precisely effective (and there's a funny, handsome young Dr.) Whose also great at his job but ladies his also married!. Sorry
