It was one month after the 9/11 tragedy. I could not sleep. I sat at my dining room table reviewing stats, financial projections, and adjusted budgets. My mind was consumed with an idea that had grown huge over the past couple weeks, and that night, I found myself reviewing the total implications of adopting this new style of running my practice.
When you are ready to get started, just call us at (808) 841-2929. If we're not in the office or unable to pick up the phone, please leave a message and someone will get back to you by the end of the next business day (we are closed on Sundays). Your first visit will take about 45 minutes. This will take you to a separate web page where you may input your information.
You can choose between using the Honor Box or filing claims with your insurance. Unfortunately, you cannot do both at the same time. Many patients who have a chiropractic benefit on their policy, still decide to simply make payments to the Honor Box ignoring their insurance altogether because overall, they find it more convenient and less expensive.
Since his time as a chiropractic intern in Kansas City up until today, Dr. Shiraki has treated a wide variety of conditions. Most people already realize that chiropractic can be an effective, drug free approach to find pain relief. Besides adjusting patients with these common problems, Dr. Shiraki has also treated many patients with other conditions -- conditions which most people wouldn't think that a chiropractic adjustment could help.

Dr. Shiraki and ALL of his staff are so wonderful! They are SO attentive, really listen, and come to know and treat all of their patients like family. Dr. Shiraki has helped me with a variety of ailments including migraines, s.i. joint dysfunction, bursitis, and tendinitis. He is quick to suggest additional stretches and outside support for ongoing care of his patients and really cares about your quality of health!

Been going for over a month now. I love Honor Box Chiropractic! My first experience with a chiropractor was horrible. Dr. Shiraki and his team are awesome! As soon as you walk in everyone is so welcoming. The massage first really helps to get your back relaxed and loosened up for the adjustment. Dr. Shiraki is quick and efficient with the adjustment and tells you exactly what's wrong, how you're improving, and how your treatment plan will proceed. As soon as someone starts talking about pain in their back I tell them go to Honor Box!

Dr. Shiraki and staff are friendly, greet you by name as you walk in. After my car accident i needed to seek for a chiropractor and saw a commercial about Honorbox. That got me interested to make an appointment to see Dr. Reed Shiraki. After 3 visits from Honorbox, i started to feel a difference from the time of my accident from a level pain of 4 to a level pain 1.
Still need to visit Honorbox for more treatment as the pain level 1 still remains and hopes of the pain level to go down to a 0 in time. Thanks to Dr. Shiraki and Staff for helping me to the road of recovery.

Dr Shiraki is awesome at what he does. I have recommended multiple people to see him. Upon my 2nd visit I was greeted by Dr. Shiraki who remembered me by name. The staff is really helpful and super nice. You're not going to be sitting there waiting for long periods of time, and their system works. Dr Shiraki shared my treatment plan with me which made a lot of sense to me AND theres payment options including the Honor box.
For me, Dr Shiraki showed me what he does and how his system is set up is to ensure I got the care I needed towards healing. Other doctors basically care more about money n getting paid but the honor box shows me thats not what Dr Shiraki is about and it helps me to see he genuinely cares about my health n wellbeing. I happily give Dr Shiraki and his staff a HUGE FIVE star rating and I encourage those who are having back problems to go and give Dr Shiraki a call. I can HONESTLY say You will be glad u did! Mahalo Doc for helping me to realign my hip and to work towards living pain free. C. Kamaka

Have been a loyal patient for over 11 years. Initially started seeing Dr. Shiraki after suffering a serious muscle injury in my back. Was told I would be out of work for 2 - 3 months, but was back at work in less than a month. Very comfortable environment, very friendly staff and nice mix of tunes. Much Mahalo!

Honor Box Chiropractic has been described as "Family" and rightfully so. I appreciate the team Dr. Shiraki has built to support his patients and his practice. One thing that stands out is their customer service of greeting and knowing you each time you come in. I personally go in for "maintenance" and love the philosophy behind health and wellness that chiropractic has a foundation.

Truly a great chiropractor who is not out just to make money, but to ptomote health and importance of chiropractic care. He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him. Even his staff are superior and you always come out smiling and laughing. Dr Shiraki is truly gifted and an honorable man, the business name is very fitting.
