Hoala Natural Pain Relief is a locally owned and family operated health center located in Kahului, Maui. Dr. William Battles was raised on Maui and graduated from Seabury Hall High School in 1991. After graduation Dr. William Battles attended the University of San Diego and finished his education at Life Chiropractic College West in 2000. Immediately following college, Dr. Battles returned home and began practicing Chiropractic here on Maui.

Dr. Bill is such a wonderful relief for my back! Have had terrible pinching in my low back for months and happily have much less of it now! I have gone to some excellent chiropractors over the years when I lived in CA and I can finally say I have found the BEST chiro care here on Maui! Dr. Bill offers my sore muscles immediate relief with his cold laser therapy, and professional and accurate assessment of my back. He clearly knows my back better than I do! Dr. William Battles was my first visit to a chiropractor and I was extremely impressed. He used different modalities to help relieve my back pain while on a vacation in Maui. I was extremely nervous about visiting a chiropractor and he was very caring and made my experience very comfortable. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our ever changing holiday plans. Will be back our next vacation!

Dr. Battles uses the latest technology to adjust and manipulate your spine. What I like most about his techniques is that it is painless and not only painless, but he has a laser that totally relieves the pain. I went to other Chiropractors, which I call bone crunches, that I would actually scream when they adjusted me. It was so painful and took forever to work.
You never have to wait for more than 5 - 10 minutes max, and 95% of the time you can get adjusted immediately. With all said and done, he is the best chiropractor I know. If you don't move forward you are backing up.

Dr. William Battles has changed the quality of my life! I can now play golf three times a week and canoe paddle in the ocean three times a week. Both of these activities put a tremendous stress and torque upon my back, but Dr. Battles knows exactly how to adjust my back to allow me to continue to enjoy this lifestyle. He is very patient oriented and will always try to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Battles and I have referred numerous friends to him. You owe it to yourself to seek out the Best! I knocked my jaw out of alignment and had asked my dentist, my wife's orthodontist and then thankfully my wife's chiropractor during one of her appointments what I should do. I had no idea where to get treatment for this kind of injury. Dr Battles, in a single visit using cold laser therapy and a quick adjustment was able to realign my jaw. Within a week, it was like nothing was ever wrong. Dr Battles is incredibly knowledgeable, his office is very clean and comfortable and without a doubt I know his patients well being is his highest priority. Dr. Battles does an excellent job of relieving pain in my upper shoulders and chest area. As a tree climber, I get constant numbing in my hands and forearms. Before finding Ho'ala, I thought something was seriously wrong with my hands. Now, with regular adjustments, and the cold laser, my hands never go numb! I highly recommend Dr. Battles. He knows exactly what he's doing!
