Dr. Jill Braaten Helmin founded Imagine Chiropractic in 2008 after her graduation from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Our practice name originates from our love of family wellness care, particularly for kids. We want to foster the well-being of your children, providing them a comfortable place where they can be themselves and have fun while receiving the highest quality of health care.

By the time Dr. Jill was in high school, she knew that she wanted to become a chiropractor. She'd gotten results by seeking chiropractic care but didn't understand the way it worked. With an inquisitive mind, she set out to discover more about the profession and realized it was a perfect fit. Dr. Jill attended Wilmar Community College and Dowling College in Long Island, New York.

My husband and I were referred to Dr Urbanski by my massage therapist, so I felt confident and optimistic about the level of care that we would receive. Dr Carolyn truly cares about her patients and provides care based on what we need. She asks great questions so she can comprehend what type of adjustments are needed, and provides great advice for self-care.

My daughter was having problems turning her head as an infant. We visited Dr. Carolyn a few times a week for a few months. The adjustments were very different than how an adult is adjusted. It looked more like a massage. My daughter is 2 now and goes once a month. She's a very happy and healthy little girl who's been a great sleeper since we got her neck all worked out and she has no issues turning her neck. Dr. Carolyn is great and my daughter loves going to see her.

I always receive excellent personal care at Imagine Chiropractic! They listen and provide the best care. I appreciate the exercises they offer to keep my body in shape after an adjustment. My experiences with Imagine Chiropractic have been nothing short of amazing! The office staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Jill really takes time to listen and offer tips, tricks and advice to help you feel well in between visits. Her adjustments have been very effective for me and I will not go anywhere else!
I also feel very comfortable bringing my children (ages 4 and 6) in for adjustments. My children love going in for adjustments because the office is very family-oriented and has tous, books and a chalkboard among other things to keep them busy while they wait. I highly recommend Imagine Chiropractic to anyone looking to feel better!
