Tissue injury can be caused by a single traumatic event, such as improper lifting of a heavy object, or through repetitive stresses, such as sitting in an awkward position with poor spinal posture for an extended period of time. In either case, injured tissues undergo physical and chemical changes that can cause inflammation, pain, and diminished nervous system function for the sufferer. Adjustment of the affected joint and tissues restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, and allowing tissues to heal.
Decreased joint movement leads to decreased input into the nervous system. The nervous system is the master control system of the body- directing all other body systems: immune, endocrine, skin, digestive, respiratory, and cardiovascular. Thus, dysfunction or decreased input into the nervous system will cause other systems to also fail. My hopes were high about this practice due to generally good reviews. The wait time for my first appointment was over half an hour. The wait time to get labs done was also over half an hour. Upon the doctor's recommendation, I agreed to get certain tests performed and I was informed of the fees for each test. Expensive but in hopes of getting to the bottom of my health issues, I wanted to get them done. However, I was not informed of the fee for each test's consultation thereafter.
That would be another hefty sum apart from the fees for each test. And the consults would not happen at one time but would be spread out over a span of weeks according to the doctor's schedule. Had I known all of this, I would have moved forward differently. When communicating with the staff about this matter, they said little to address our concerns. The office manager did not call us back when she had promised to do so after our conversation.

I had very high hopes for this clinic and ended up wildly disappointed without ever even stepping foot into the office. I had to move my appointment out due to unforeseen circumstances and was told I'd get charged the $50 deposit because it wasn't 48 hours in advance. It was 24 hours ahead of time and this was on a Monday. the day before was a Sunday and they were closed leaving me unable to cancel 48 hours ahead of time.
After a fight, they let me move the appointment but now after having to cancel TWO WEEKS ahead of time I was first told I'd be refunded, ended up DOUBLE charged and then when I called back I was told they wouldn't be refunding me the $50 deposit after all. The customer service has been absolutely awful and I've heard horror stories one after the other about the clinic being pushy and money hungry.
Unless you want to get pressured into unnecessary tests, appointments, supplements, etc and charged unnecessarily for the terrible inconvenience that is moving an appointment from one day to another, don't bother.

The hydrogen breathing treatment worked wonders! My seasonal allergies had settled in my chest for over two weeks causing many coughing fits all day and night. At Least a dozen times i wasn't able to breath for several seconds. After the hydrogen breathing treatment, I coughed up the junk in my lungs the couple of hours. Then no more coughing fits!

This place is amazing with all the health support they've given my 2 young children. My daughters severe eczema is essentially healed and we feel like we have a good handle on our sons seizures. The level of information we receive here is second to none and the doctors are incredible. They are knowledgeable, empathetic, and provide superb care for our family. I first saw Dr. Erin at Shine Pediatrics and she immediately knew what the problem was with my daughter. I almost couldn't believe it. We started treatment at her office and it's only been a month and my daughter is 85% back to normal. I couldn't be more grateful to have found this place. As a mom I was a nervous wreck because my daughter's situation seemed very mysterious and intense to me.
The confidence Dr. Paige and Dr. Erin demonstrated to me in the first visit was a huge relieve of stress. They explained everything in detail. They broke the ice by having small talk and I felt like they truly care and listen. They are power houses of knowledge and I feel like no matter what they will find a way to help my girl. I was also afraid that the out of pocket cost would ruin us but it's really not as bad as expected.
The nurses and staff are exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. It's a very personal experience. You feel like a important human person here I like that compared to some very cold and unpersonal experiences I had with other providers. Let me not even start with Dr. Paige because this review will be the longest ever. But that's okay they deserve the attention.
She is the absolute sweetest Doctor I have ever had in my life. Very hands on with us and answers all the questions I may have. (I have many lol) my daughter loves her bubbly personality. I'm definitely recommending this place to anyone that needs help with true medicine and holistic lifestyle choices.

I feel so thankful to have found this practice. Dr. Erin has worked patiently with me for five years on a complex web of health problems that were significantly impacting my life. Although I've had to move a bit slowly in addressing the issues for financial reasons, I've still continued to make progress and am feeling better and better. I also met with Dr. Brock six months ago for some additional help with migraines, and he made a plan for me that is working great so far.
Besides my own health improvements, Dr. Erin was also able to diagnose the two root causes of my husband's ten-year unexplained chronic illness, that was preventing him from working more than part-time. Two years after starting treatment, he is completely back on his feet and feeling like a normal person his age! It is so great to see, and I am very thankful for the help from Innovative Health and Wellness.

I came to Dr. Erin’s after four months of being unable to turn my head to the right or left very far. After two weeks, I realized how bad I was when I was actually able to turn my head to back up in reverse in my car. Dr. Erin determined the cause very quickly and after a quick neurological exam had determined exactly where the problem was located.
As I said, within two weeks I was able to do something I hadn’t been able to for the previous four months! I would highly recommend Dr. Erin to anyone, as I had tried many different in the four months leading up to my decision to come in. I would recommend Dr. Erin for all children and adults! She has helped me and my preschooler tremendously with many things: me for neurological issues and other chronic illnesses that no one else has been able to help with; for allergy/sinus/behavior problems; and just exceptional overall care that is much better than any other doctor we have seen. Also, whenever any child falls down, bring them in to see Dr. Erin immediately if they are limping in any way or saying something is hurting other than a scrape (or just for an overall check) This is very important, because it is probable that one of the bones has come out of it’s joint and causing pain; she has a knack for knowing exactly what is going on with a patient (a wonderful gift!) It would be a very nice thing for your child if you would just play it safe and take the child to see Dr. Erin, and she will fix it.
She and Anna and Pam are very welcoming and make patients feel like a part of the family. They also go above and beyond to make young children feel very comfortable and actually look forward to their appointments (as do I). There is a lot of healing going on in this office, that’s for sure.

If you are searching for help for your medical condition and traditional doctors are not working, please come see Dr. Van. She is gentle and caring. She will not give up until she can help. I was suffering from Graves’ dermopathy when I was referred to Dr. Van. My hyperthyroid caused the protein to build up in my skin causing it to be lumpy and red.
The traditional doctors had no cures or help for my condition. Dr. Van used a cold laser and adjustments along with suppliments to cure my condition. The large lump on my leg and in my feet are completely gone. Praise the Lord for Dr. Van!

Dr Erin has given me a new and healthy life. 10 years of being sick with Colitis and the effects of epilepsy as a child left me very Ill After only a few treatments and working with the BAX 3000 I feel like a different person. My son had been experiencing headaches due to post concussion syndrome after his fourth concussion from football. We had been to the neurologist who indicated his MRI was clear with no signs of permanent damage. The neurologist encouraged my son to increase his activity level and get ready for basketball. I have been seeing Dr. Erin for a while now due to my seizures. In the year and a half I have been seeing her I have not had any seizures, and my migraines have been cut down as well.
