They do not live up to any of their claims. You will wait 30-to 45 minutes only to see the doctor who answers his cell phone and allows his daughters to come in and talk to him during your appointment. HIPPA standards are not withheld in this office. He doesn’t even bother closing the door to keep your life confidential! The website says they take insurance yet every time I have gone they say that what they are charging for does not qualify under insurance, so you are expected to pay hundreds of dollars right then and there, instead of being told prior to the appointment that the visit will cost you XXX amount of dollars out-of-your pocket which you are supposed to be told prior to the visit.

We never even got to my issues, they had me take expensive blood tests that I had to pay for up front, and since I hadn’t heard from them after 3-weeks they called and said I had to come in and see the doctor to get my results. After waiting another 35 minutes for my appointment, all he did was subscribe his supplements!!!
