It is my great joy to be able to provide caring, quality, non-invasive chiropractic adjustments, bodywork, massage, and sound healing. I seek to educate and inspire others toward a life without drugs and surgery, a life towards wholeness. In addition, I hope to impart to all an understanding that a person's health is more than just the absence of disease, and that the body has innate intelligence to heal itself. I hope you will join me in the journey to embody optimal wellness. I offer chiropractic services, massage, body work, sound therapy as a way to prevent unnecessary surgery.

We Chiropractors work with the subtle substance of the soul. We release the imprisoned impulse -- the tiny rivulet of force -- that emanates from the mind and flows over the nerves to cells and stirs them into life. In the dim, dark, distant long ago when the sun first bowed to the morning star, this power spoke and there was life; it quickened the slime of the sea and dust of the earth and drove the cell to union with its fellows in countless living forms.Through eons of time, it finned the fish and winged the bird and fanged the beast.
Structural therapy includes massage, bodywork, chiropractic, osteopathic, and other methods. These therapies are used to organize the body by relaxing muscles, aligning bones, freeing joints and flowing fluids. The principle of structural therapy is viewing the body as an integrative unit and aligning the body with gravity.
Bodywork is a holistic approach that enhances mind-body integration. Bodywork is a re-education of our mind and muscles. It can address the conscious mind, the unconscious mind, the emotions, the energetic body, or concentrate on postural changes. For the patient, bodywork can be a passive or active experience, or both.
When we experience fear, pain or stress, quite often we hold our breath. It is important to look at events in our lives and become aware when we stop our breath, and then learn to breathe more consciously. Inhale through your nose so the air can be filtered. Exhale 4 times longer or until you feel that all the air has been released and then exhale some more.

"MAGIC FINGERS": I met Dr. June 20 yrs ago from my old Chiropractor's office. They since left the area after I was healed. I recently had problems with my hip, knee and leg muscles. Decided to go and see her due to her close association with them. The first visit she fixed my hip and my knee feels better (I have O.A. and have been using a cane for 8 yrs).
The second visit, she corrected some of my leg pain. When I was doing research about her, someone wrote that she has MAGIC FINGERS. I certainly agree. I have a few more visits to complete. However, I am confident that she will correct the problems in my hip/knee/leg. Not only is she personable, caring, and thorough, she can get to the root of the problem and allow the body to heal itself. What more can you ask for?

Dr. June greeted me with enthusiasm as soon as walked through her door. There was no waiting which indicates the office is well run and they valued my time. I was laying down for my neck adjustment when she noticed my that my foot was rotating outward. Well I had been feeling discomfort in that foot but failed to mention it. She was quick to identify and correct the foot rotation by repositioning my femur at the hip socket. The adjustment is holding foot is happy and I am grateful. You'll be in good hands with Dr. June Weider!

Dr. June has kept my back flexible and usable for years. She adjusts the lower vertebrae as needed, and that gets rid of stiffness. She also gently adjusts my neck, getting rid of the pain in my shoulder, neck and arm. Previously she gave me an adjustment to L3 that cured my inability to urinate. All this has confirmed my belief in chiropractic practised by Dr. June.
