95% of the staff was not wearing a mask and the woman who gave me the facial only wears a mask by request. If I would have known this was the case then I would not have come here. I want to support a business that takes the health and safety of its guests seriously and this was not what I experienced here. Covid is on the rise once again and when you walk in here it looks like there is no pandemic at all. Come at your own risk.

I see Liz Wiest for my skin treatments and she is incredible! I scheduled a facial with her right before my wedding because there is no one else I trust to help me put my best face forward! She's professional, so kind, and 100% attentive to what my skin needs. I felt so confident going into my wedding weekend and taking tons of photos thanks to her! I can't recommend Liz highly enough! She's the best.

Their spa services & spa staff are fantastic! I am always super-pleased with the people performing my facials, manicures and pedicures. The quality of the products they use is also top-notch. That being said, what keeps Senara from getting 5 stars from me is the customer service skills of the staff that answer the phone. That can vary wildly. Sometimes the customer service is very good, other times it's incredibly off-putting.

I found Senara while looking for a better alternative to the other local day spa in town and all I can say is WOW what a completely different experience I've had here! The staff is incredibly friendly, the prices are fair, and the treatments actually work! I originally started coming here for laser hair removal, moved on to getting my nails done, then eventually using the chiropractic services once I needed them. Both the chiropractic side of the business and the spa side are exceptional. I will continue to come here for everything I need in the future.

Senara is a new(er) day spa that is really very lovely. I have enjoyed several treatments at Senara. One of my favorites is a deep tissue massage. The treatment room is very quiet and inviting. I do not enjoy the check out process where the bill is not presented to you and you are strong-armed into a gratuity decided by the front desk.

I've been to Senara for different spa treatments, but this sixty-two year old girl had her first facial and LOVED IT! and Shayna! My husband purchased a gift card for me to celebrate my birthday, and I chose the October/November monthly "specials" - the Pumpkin Spice Body Ritual and the Environ Vitamin C Revitalizing Facial. My only regret was not choosing the extended 80 minute Ritual session that included the Swedish massage.

I will definitely request Shayna for my future spa services! [I would have 5-starred the day, but was disappointed there wasn't any clean hair combs to use on my way out in the dressing room. Minor thing, but little things mean a lot!]

I love going to Senara for pedicures - it's not overly crowded (only two chairs) and its calm and peaceful (and quiet). While your feet are soaking, your back is massaged by the chair and you can look at the woods and relax. The staff are also extremely good at their jobs and happily offer you a heated neck pillow and beverages. The services here are well worth the time and cost!

Went for a Swedish massage and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. I walked in and was running a little behind but the staff made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door. The staff took me to the locker room they give you a locker with a robe and flip flops. I then was taken to the men's lounge where I sat and relaxed until Brittany came to get me. Brittany gave me the best massage that I have every had perfect amount of pressure very relaxing. By the end of the massage I was very relaxed and felt amazing. Thank you Brittany.

This was truly a luxurious experience. I loved my massage and treatment at Senara. The front desk staff was quite helpful as I decided on my purchases post-massage. There is a great spa shop including jewelry and sandals. The atmosphere was very relaxing and a great addition to my summer vacation.

I would definitely recommend Senara. I have used several services. Massages are good, but my favorite has been the facial I had. I also have used their chiropractor services with Dr. Kramer. I use to have severe lower back pain due to a sports injury. With physical therapy and adjustments with the Senara team I do not experience issues anymore. I took away a star because I do not like that for the spa services they automatically add the tip.

I like to decide based on services what I want to give. Also, during my time going through physical therapy I over paid and no one told me I had the money on my account for months until I came to buy a gift card. Other than that even though I have moved I will be back.

Senara is a great place to go for a comprehensive visit. Dr Kramer takes the time to have a wonderful conversation with you, not only about your chiropractic treatment but your health and well being as a whole. He listens to you and gives great advice and I have been very happy with his care. Cathy is a fantastic massage therapist and gives a fantastic deep tissue massage!

My husband purchased a gift card for me to use for Mother's Day. I was finally able to use it and decided to sign up for a full total renewal package. Amanda did great and really took her time on my manicure and pedicure. It was the perfect beginning of my relaxation day. I was then taken into a room for my age-minimizing facial. Patti did amazing!

My skin looks good, she was so informative and did a great job at making me feel even more relaxed with light arm/hand massage while product was setting on my skin. I was most looking forward to the massage, but I should have known there would be an issue when I booked it and they told me the new staff didn't know how to do an aromatherapy massage.

They swapped it out for a Swedish massage. I was fully expecting a nice, fall asleep on the table, massage. Courtney started by spending a good 10 minutes rubbing my scalp before moving onto my arms and legs. She didn't use any sort of lotion or oils until I asked her to use them about 20 minutes in. I go to spas/get massages about 3 times a year- so I'm not a massage snob by any means.

I felt like it was completely rushed and the equivalent of my husband rubbing sunscreen on my back. It was not relaxing nor did it fit the description of a swedish massage. It was not flowing, only used 1 hot towel at the end and I was not relaxed at all. I'm really disappointed in that part, as the massage is the most expensive service and I only get away to spoil myself a few times a year.

I have gone to Senara 3-4 times, and always had a good experience, until I got adjusted by Dr. Kramer. At the time I thought I had sciatica, as I had a shooting pain all down my left leg and in my left hip. I limped into the building and Dr. Kramer took one look at me and said "Yep, that's sciatica." I never had any x-rays done. (which I thought was strange as other chiropractors do this before they'll even adjust you, to see how to best help you.) He tried to adjust me and pulled my left leg up and I immediately had to stop him as it caused excruciating pain.

So instead he told me to relax my left leg and pulled it. The horrible burning pain I felt after he pulled my leg, it took my breath away. I immediately started to bawl and he said that was normal to feel pain as it's sensitive. But I knew something was wrong. A few days later I went to a doctor to look at my spine to help my ever worsening sciatica. Many, many doctors and tests later, I found out I tore my labral muscle in my hip, and had a huge hematoma on top of it.

I never had sciatica, my spine was fine, it was my hip all along. Mind you I never had an accident to cause a tear, so I asked if this could have been from my adjustment. My surgeon said yes, and if not it definitely worsened it. Im so disappointed a chiropractor could not tell my pain wasn't coming from my SPINE at all, and that I further hurt myself in the hands of someone whom I thought knew what they were doing. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through, please seek chiropractic care elsewhere.

I love Senara! It's definitely the best place for a massage in Peoria! Senara is all about the quality of your relaxation. You notice the extra effort they have put into every detail of your spa experience: the fluffy robe, the essential oils, the spa music, the entire ambience relaxes you before you even get to your appointment. It's hard to choose my favorite spa treatment because they are all fantastic but the mermaid wave massage is a must!

All of the massages are incredible but the rocking motions of this massage are really something special. The facials are also a wonderful experience. Not only are they great for your skin but when you are finished you can ask questions about skin care and get the products you need right there at Senara. I've had over a dozen massages at Senara and had an amazing experience EVERY time! I recommend this spa to everyone!

Extremely clean with a very professional staff. Pedicures are at the top of favorites, staff is very gentle. Nice clean massage area and they offer the full range from relaxing to deep tissue which is my favorite.

This is the best place to go in the Peoria area for a massage or mani/pedi. If you need a last minute gift for a birthday, Valentine's day, or anniversary, get them a spa gift card. Also both doctors are amazing and have great relationships with their patients.

The most peaceful place in Peoria! I have been to Senara hundreds of times and have never had a bad experience. The massage therapists are out of this world! My favorite massage is "The Mermaid Wave Massage". Everything here is wonderful! I also love their facials. I always leave with more knowledge about my skin than I had anticipated. The staff at Senara is the best and know exactly how a person should be pampered! It's always a pleasure to come here!

There are a multitude of ways in which I could rate Senara, but I will limit my scope to two different perspectives. I have taken care of Senara employees as my guests, as they have hired me for services for their guests. As a local Peoria area customer service manager, I can say comfortably, confidently, and beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they are one of the best companies I get to work with.

They operate on a very high moral standard. They treat their guests and service people with the highest of regard and kindness. I have also been a guest to Senara. I received a full body massage - and the entire experience is second to NONE. The entire atmosphere, welcoming, accommodations, employees, and even the waiting period are so enjoyable. The massage itself was amazing, comfortable, and relaxing. However, there is the entire experience of being there, which really validates how much they care, and how many aspects they consider to our experience with them. I will never receive any services elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service! One Star is being generous. I recently called Senara and made an appt for a facial. Prior to my appt date I called back to reschedule and was treated to the worst customer service of my life. Not only could they not find the original appointment I had made but the receptionist, Sarah, was rude, disrespectful, and condescending over the phone. I've decided to not only cancel my appt for good and never return to this spa. To Senara Management - make sure your staff treats people with respect.

I recently went to Senara for a spa package. Not a regular spa goer, but I have been to spas in NYC, Vegas and Chicago, and feel the treatment I received here was on par! Great news for little ole Peoria! I indicated on my intake form that I was fairly stressed. The esthetician performed a wonderful, relaxing facial that was extremely effective. She listened to me, gave solid but non aggressive recommendations (I.e. Pushing product in the reception area), and emerged with glowing skin. Had a nice pedicure.

The lady did not talk (she was extremely friendly), which I appreciated--if I'm paying for a beauty treatment, I prefer to just enjoy and relax in a rare moment of silence! Customer service and guest relations were fantastic. I felt welcomed when I came in and relaxed when I left.

I made an appointment with Senara because of pain and stiffness in my neck. I asked specifically about a massage, for which I was encouraged to come in. The receptionist told me I could request a massage, and that the Doctor would likely refer me next door the same day. The "Doctor" was over the top friendly, but she made good points about my neck.

I told her that I absolutely would like a massage, to which she replied "You will have to check with the desk to see if there is time" To my chagrine, there was no time on their schedule. I came back two days later (still in pain) for the "follow up" with the Doctor and massage. The Doctor was adamant that I needed adjustments, shock therapy, and a $50.00 pillow.

I opted for another adjustment and massage. Once again, no time on their schedule for a massage. I mentioned then that I would not return, and shockingly, they found time the next day for a massage. The massage was pretty good, but the massage therapist acted as if she was put out by me being there. Post massage, I was sent to the "Doctor" again for a check up.

She again tried her best to sell me the $2000 treatment package and $50 pillow". When I refused all of the above, the "Doctor" suddenly lost that loving feeling and barely had two words to say to me. I never returned, and never will.

Worst customer service of my life. I wouldn't let these people touch me. Despite many attempts to civilly communicate with their staff, the folks there continually treated me extremely disrespectfully and would not honor my request to speak with management. There are plenty of other day spas in the area where folks express actual concern about client well-being and satisfaction.

Take your time and money to those. To be clear, we did locate the gift card-- of a value allowing several spa treatments. I opted to give it to someone else (after forewarning the new recipient of my awful experience), rather than setting foot in this place. I value my time and well-being too much to subject myself to this brand of condescension. Yuck.

I had super high expectations coming into Senara. Their facility is beautiful and can esthetically compete with every luxury spa I have ever entered. However, it was the worst manicure I have ever had in my life at a premium price. My cuticles were untouched, no mitts, no real massage of forearms, poor polishing skills, and a lack of understanding of how to apply a shellac manicure.

My daughter's manicure was so terrible, I asked to have it re-done. The management was very gracious and apologetic and refunded my money for the manicures. I hate to see another business fail in my town, but if they do not improve their services, I cannot imagine they will survive.

This was my first visit to the spa. My appointment was at 1:45 and I arrived at that time and was not early as they suggested. I was very disappointed that I was docked 15 mins. on my massage since I did not come those 15-20 minutes early. I have never had this happen to me before when I arrive on the scheduled time at any other spa. It is a beautiful place but did not like the customer service and their policy on this matter.

They said they would give me a free hand treatment but then I would have had even less time for my original massage. They also charge you 20% tip on your bill. They did ask me if I wanted to leave the 20% tip which I am not sure is usual or if they knew I was not happy and I declined. To bad since it is a beautiful place. But you have to have Great Customer service first and then the interior design is a plus.
