I've been coaching with Bob, and occasionally Dennis, for the past two years and it's changed my life and my practice. I was struggling to grow and sustain growth in my practice. When I decided to open my own clinic after Hurricane Katrina forced me to move from my associate position- I was a little unsure of all the details in creating and building a world class practice. I fortunately was introduced to the Masters Circle and by following the principles, guidance and coaching has helped me grow one of the leading health facilities in Central Louisiana.
If you teach a person the protocols of daily practice they can do really well, but if you focus on the person and how to improve their identity their practice will soar. It is the core belief of the Masters Circle as an Identity based coaching program to focus on you, the doctor. If that is working well - there is no other option than success.
