I have to been to other clinics for treatment however this clinic is by far the best. Dr. Cowan is polite professional and makes you feel welcomed. He takes the time to explain things to you in layman's terms. The place is clean and smells great when you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are friendly intelligent and make the visit flow smoothly and flawlessly. I am very content with the service provided and highly recommend the Dr. Cowan and his staff.

The staff is absolutely fabulous! So kind and patient but very professional! Dr Cowan explains everything so that you understand what is going on and is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I had been suffering for months with my shoulder and in a few sessions I was actually able to sleep at night and work at my computer with very little pain! Absolutely amazing! I will be a customer for life!

The staff is excellent, attention to detail. Wanda the massage therapist is the bomb and she really works the problem areas out. Old football injuries are being worked it and my calves have never felt better. Dr Cowan is a really good guy. Knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. Very personable and I enjoy coming to see him and his staff. That's why I recommend my friend here in the DFW area. Great experience!

I have been going to Dr. Cowan now for several years. The environment is nice and homey. I absolutely love that before you get your adjustment you go into the therapy room to get you nice and relaxed. I've been to other places where the chiropractor will just start pulling and pushing without making sure you completely comfortable.and. they have an in site massage therapist as well .I highly recommend you come pay a visit to McKinney Spine & Wellness.

Very friendly Doctor and staff! Initially started going to Dr Cowan on a referral from a co-worker and still thank them today. Decided it was time to treat some knee and neck pain and have been very happy. The roller table is nice. The adjustments when needed help keep me mobile. Always very thankful for they're help.
