We hope that you will find this website helpful in learning more about our office, our chiropractic care, and how chiropractic care can improve your quality of life. We understand that although our patients may be diagnosed with the same condition, they may respond differently to treatments. For this reason, we tailor a specific plan of action to meet your needs, goals and unique condition.

Upon your initial examination, we will discuss with you our findings and what they mean. We will create a custom treatment plan to get you to where you want to be, whether that means less pain, better performance, or just better overall health.

Much like your other doctors, a chiropractic physician is a skilled, licensed healthcare professional. In fact, the doctor of chiropractic candidate has had 3-4 years of undergraduate education followed by 4 years of training at the doctorate level. This training is quite similar, at the beginning, to that of the doctor of medicine, doctor of osteopathic medicine or the doctor of podiatry.
1. Make sure you bring shorts and a tank top, your insurance card, a photo ID and a disc of any imaging (x-ray, CT scan and/or MRI) you have had within the past 1-2 years, as well as a copy of the radiology report. 2. Paperwork will be sent to your email a few days prior to your appointment. You will need to complete the paperwork prior to your actual appointment time.
A chiropractic adjustment, also known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation, is the primary procedure used by chiropractic physicians to treat mechanical conditions of the spine. It is used to improve joint function, reduce the effects of scar tissue around the joint capsule, and improve/restore proper range of motion of a particular region.

Dr Montgomery helped my Mom relieve her pinched nerves in her elbows. I had taken her to countless doctors, physical therapy, and she is not a candidate for surgery. That alone was AMAZING! He is also still currently treating her for shortness of breath and upper back pain. At 79 years old, she has limited mobility, stage 3-4 CPOD. One time, she had to take a transportation service to an appointment because I wasn't able to take her myself.

She was unable to get out of the car and into the wheelchair to go into his office. He came out and personally helped her and wheeled her in himself. He is very warm, friendly, highly knowledgeable, talented, funny, a great communicator. I just can't say enough good things about this doctor!

I didn't even believe in chiropractors but Dr. Montgomery is different. He is the sole reason I was able to walk again without surgery after rupturing some disks in my back in 2012. I injured myself again recently and went from debilitating pain to next to nothing in one visit. The treatment is not always fun but it is soooo worth it. I can't speak highly enough of his services and his receptionist and office staff are equally stellar. Highly recommend!

I have been going here periodically for the last few years and he does a great job! His goal is to always get me healthy, back on my feet and upright again and not have to come back!

The care and treatment at this facility are excellent. I was able to recover very quickly from a nagging lower back problem. However, their billing cycle is so painfully slow that it was 5 months before I realized the true expenses I was incurring. Of course by this point I had jumped in with both feet since I was having good results and had tallied up quite a tab.

There was no discussion of additional expenses as the procedures were performed(as is usually the case in the medical profession) leaving me with sticker shock upon receiving a bill. I do realize a big portion of the problem lies within the pitfalls of health insurance and don't feel they were dishonest. But I do feel that they could be more forthcoming with additional expenses and definitely streamline their billing process
