I have known Dr. Soto and Dr. Ewing since 1998. They are excellent doctors. North Dallas Chiropractic specializes in treating injuries using a multidisciplinary approach.

********SOUTH DALLAS CHIROPRACTOR*********its a scam! you do NOT get an adjustment for $49. in fact you get nothing. called and said I was looking to get ONE adjustment. they said no problem over the phone and said that it would be $49. I get there and they say they have to take xrays, even though I told them I had just come from my dr. who took xrays. but I get it, needs to see whats up before he goes pushing and popping things. then needs till the next day to review them? ok. paid the $49 and came back the next day. mind you YESTERDAY I just wanted an adjustment, still wanted one. went into a little room to watch a video even though what I wanted was an adjustment. then proceeded to tell me it would be $2600 for me to be in working order? ive never even been in a car accident! JUST WANTED AN ADJUSTMENT! no thanks, just an adjustment please. that will be $70?!?! what did I pay $49 for yesterday? THE CONSULTATION! REALLY? I am still in need of that adjustment.

Please do not go here listen to the reviews they are 100% true. When I went here they never touched me in all of the 3 visits that I went. Luckily I went RUNNING to a real doctor where they actually helped me. You must listen and not waste your time here. Look a month ago a lady wrote how she went just one visit and they didnt help her at all. They did the same thing to me nothing no treatment at all.

Like I said before if you go here just BEWARE if they dont adjust you and just put you on some machines than RUN as fast as you can there is something wrong here with these people.

Everyone here was super friendly and nice. I found them on google with some good reviews. My complaint though is that I was just slapped with a bunch of HIGH bills after my auto insurance wouldn't cover their fee's because they were too high. It was a concern from the first visit if they would be covered and N.D. Chiropractic assured me they were covered.

It seemed as though there were a bunch of expensive charges, some of them I'm not even sure of what they are. also things like a $57.00 icy hot pack that I could've gotten at the drug store for 5 bucks. A whole list of things like that on top of high doc consultation and adjustment prices. I feel as though my experience was like Andrea's.

The doctor seemed to make everything urgent and that I'd need to see him at least 3 times a week for a couple months. I'm not skeptical on chiropractic care, but this seemed like a business especially now that i see their high fees and am not quite sure why they're so high when the office is plain jane nothing fancy no special care or anything else.

Extremely Disappointed in their services! I went in for my first visit and was pleased with what I was initially told. My insurance did not cover the recommended services. On the assurance of the first Dr. I spoke with I paid over 2K$. After my payment was secured every time I saw this Dr. in the office he acted as if he did not know me. In the middle of the 3 month treatment my Dr. was switched and no explanation was offered.

The recommended 'therapy' was universal for every patient with no regard to individual needs. The secretaries offered more assistance than any Dr. At the end of my treatment plan there was no follow up discussion whatsoever. The only way I realized my treatment came to an end was by asking the receptionist. I asked if this was it and she replied "yea we will give you a call" two months later and still no call.

This place appears to be interested in money and not the well being of its patients. This was a grossly overpriced and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place is a scam and a joke!

I went there only because I saw such good reviews on yellow pages or something similar and after being charged 50 bucks for xrays and a consult I was told to come back the next day to view the results of the xrays and go over a plan of action. My insurance doesn't cover until after my $1500 deductible was met so they told me that if I pay somewhere around $3,000 that they would have me on program 3 times a week for several months and go down to once a week from there.

I cannot afford 3 grand up front and financially can't take a loan out for a chiropractic treatment plan. They told me sorry about that but if something changes and you can afford it then please feel free to come back. On my way out the door I noticed a sign up that said that if you post a good review on one of the review websites and bring a print out of it in that they would give you a 5 or 10$ giftcard to starbucks. Good business practice right?

I have never been to a chiropractor before, so when this reoccurring back pain started bothering me again, I asked for the help of my fellow yelpers. Aimee Z. was quick with a response and NDC/Dr. Ewing got me right in that very day. Coming from work, I had to take 35 to 635 and the traffic was awful. I was about ten minutes late. The office is very "no frills", not an extensive amount of equipment, and no flat screens adorning the walls.

The front desk staff was very friendly, despite my lateness, and Dr. Ewing saw me right away. His exam seemed thorough and he took two x-rays. He was quick, but didn't seem rushed. He suggested I try some therapy before leaving, and the assistant set me up on a muscle stimulation machine with heat on my back. It felt nice, and provided a bit of relief.

On the phone, they said my initial visit would cost $49. When I was checking out I was told it would be free of charge, thanks to Aimee's referral! I was told the doctor reviews x-rays at the end of the day and I could set up an appt. for the following day for consultation. I wasn't looking forward to that traffic again, but I went back to hear about my x-rays the next day.

Very convenient that they could fit me in, no problems. I watched a quick video on chiropractic care, then the doc came in to talk to me. He told me the issues and asked that I see him 3 times a week for the next two months, then once a week for the month after that. They give a discount if you pay your deductible up front. He did not offer any therapy on my second visit, which I had hoped for.

Lots of people swear by chiropractic care and I am sure it works. To me, the kind of time he was suggesting was just too much. I know that's what it takes, but I realistically just don't have the time. I was also looking for something more immediate to help with the pain. I saw an orthopedic back specialist, received pain meds and a prescription for physical therapy twice a week for one month. If this route doesn't work, I will consider going back to Dr. Ewing's office.

I was referred to N Dallas chiropractic by a friend and I'm so glad! Dr Ewing and the whole staff is so nice and they always fit me in when I need an adjustment. Another thing I really like is that my visits are always a $35 copay no matter what I get done. I can get an adjustment, a massage, therapy (physical) and its all $35! You can't beat it, but I'm not sure if that's because of N Dallas chiro or my insurance, but none the less. I like them!
