Dr James Garrett is a father of 3 daughters and married for the last 20 years. Native of the San Francisco Bay area, moved to Phoenix in 1987 to start practicing with legendary Chiropractor W.John Connors DC. The Life Lessons learned and practiced from Dr Connors were taught by Dr Garrett to 20+ Chiropractors in the Greater Phoenix area.A black in the Martial arts has given Dr Garrett the attitude of life long learning with also the Humility that he is here to serve in whatever capacity God's will takes him.

If you take hygiene and COVID safety seriously, don't go to this place, especially if you're immunocompromised. The people in this facility might be great at their job, I didn't stick around long enough to find out. Because when someone claims to have a medical background, they should not be spouting misinformation about vaccines claiming that "vaccines spread COVID".
Let's put politics aside, I don't go to a virologist to get advice on my spinal health, so a chiropractor should not be spreading misinformation about things he Does not understand. And yes everybody can have an opinion, but not when it comes to science! Proven facts are out there, and the experts on the topic gave their verdict world wide. What i find even worse is that they do not even wipe tables after each patient, unlike the istandard in other chiropractor places i have been to during the pandemic. For those reasons they lost my business and if you take the pandemic and hygiene seriously then they should not get your business either.

Dr. Tyler is a godsend. Even though I live in Laramie, and contacted him initially for an emergency appointment on the weekend, he was so kind and flexible and willing to accomodate me - got me right in!
Dr. Tyler differs from other chiropractors in that inasmuch as he works to help his patients regain mobility and eliminate pain from injuries or strains, most importantly, his gift is that he works collaboratively with his patients.
His objectives center around helping you, the patient, to learn about your body, holistically, so that you may integrate the various exercises and healing modalities he will personalize to your concerns/imbalances. He is such a genuine and caring health practitioner. He is absolutely worth the trip to Fort Collins if you are not local. Dr. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable, professional, but extends patient-centered care in a truly responsive and lovely way.

I recommend Dr. Garrett and his staff for complete chiropractic care. They are very professional and helped me tremendously with a problem I was having with vertigo. I am able to function and sleep peacefully without waking up to the room spinning. Thank you Dr. Garrett and Jen for your great care. Love the office staff as well.

I haven't been to Dr. Garrett in ~3 years due to moving to CO, but when I did visit him him and his staff were amazing. They were all really good people and I completely trusted my health in Dr. Garrett's hands. I can't remember their name's but the front desk receptionist was always personable and really nice to me even reaching out when I was dealing with severe depression.
The pretty, young, blonde massage therapist is one of the best that I've ever been to. I've seen some quack chiropractor's and I've been to some top notch ones. This is what a chiropractor's office should be.

I didn't know what a chiropractor experience was up until almost 6 years ago when me and my family started getting educated by Dr. Garrett's and his fabulous well trained staff. This is a wonderful chiropractic office! I was treated during pregnancy and Dr. Garrett was so knowledgable and helped ease so much of the third trimester pains. Delivery and recovery was VERY fast and I KNOW a lot of that is due to Dr. Garrett's care during and after pregnancy. He also is very knowledgable on how to treat children with chiropractic adjustments as I have my toddler and newborn regularly adjusted. What I also love are the great family plans that are very affordable and cover the whole family. I HAVE and will continue to HIGHLY recommend this practice.
