The receptionists and Dr. Colon were all so friendly and good at their jobs. First time at a chiropractor and now see why people say it's life changing. Will definitely be back even after my back heals!

Dr. Colon is hands down the BEST Chiropractor in florida! She has helped me with severe neck and back pain. I never feel rushed out. Does not make you sit with ice on your back and than spend 1 minute with you. Like a lot of other places I have been. Her staff are always happy to see you.

Dr. Colon's office is one of the only medical offices that I get excited to go to. The staff is warm, welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern and updated. They take insurance and if you aren't covered the out of pocket price is extremely affordable. Dr. Colon is knowledgeable, hard working, motivated and extraordinarily good at what she does.

I have residual neck and back injuries from a car accident and a fall down the stairs, that left me not only with injuries local to those areas but also chronic migraines. The Doc fixes me every time, and after dealing with convectional orthopedics, pain management, and neurologists for years, I have to say I have made the most improvement in this office. I keep them on speed dial- and so should you.

This office is simply amazing! Dr. Colon is the best of the best! I cannot say enough great things about her, I refer anyone and everyone to her! My whole family sees her at this point(including my 8yrs old son). She is great at what she does, passionate, resourceful, knows her stuff and work wonders! If you are in pain, illness or anything that no doctors can put their fingers on go see her, you will be amazed to see how many ailments stem from unaligned body parts. Go see her if you need your body to function at its optimal potential!

Great place! I had a stroke over 1 year ago. And I'm making great progress. Just when, I thought that I wasn't able to make any more gains. I found papa chiropractic. Dr. West and Dr. Colon are awesome! Dr. West is the doctor that I had my first consultation with. I'm just impressed with how this place is like a family.everyone goes above and beyond.

But I must it all starts with the front desk. Ms Lauren and Sandy go above and beyond. Max is great. He always makes sure that I've make it into my transportation safely and is always respectful and professional. Melissa is wonderful! I just started to work with her but she's super knowledgeable! Everyone is great and makes you feel at home! Great place! I'm so glad I made this switch from my last therapy place. Thank you all to this wonderful team!

This Dr. is the best! So professional, beautiful and also funny! It was love at first sight! I was skeptical about chiropractors but Dr. Colon is something else. She explained everything to me with all the details and she make me feel better since my first visit. It's a really good practice. I highly recommend her. Also the staff is so nice and friendly there.

Working in the medical field, I have more experience dealing with Doctors than I care to admit. I've, hands down, never met a Doctor that has cared or helped me as much as Dr. Colon. Not only have her and her staff at the Palm Beach Gardens location given me the relief to walk back into work upright and breathe normally, but also the friendliness, compassion, and (something as simple as) knowing me by first name when I walk into the door have reignited my faith in Medical Professionals in all fields. I've watched them bend over backwards for their patients time and time again which is why I've referred no less than 20 of my coworkers and friends with back issues to these people. The only thing that will disappoint you will be looking back at how long you waited to make an appointment.

The BEST! Dr. Colon for chiropractic and Dr. West for PT (and staff) are the best around for both preventative and diagnostic/treatment care. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit their office and happily pass 20 other offices on the way. They take the time to get to know you, make sure your needs are met, and take extra steps to ensure your well being.

I had gotten consultations from other Chiro's prior to moving forward with Dr. Colon and encountered a lot of smoke and mirror tactics and high pressure sales approaches to get you in the office as much as possible. Dr. Colon worked with me to create a treatment plan that I was able to easily comprehend (no BS!) and that works with my insurance, my finances and my schedule.

If you're looking for someone to give you the right info and give it to you straight without taking advantage, this is where you need to be! This place is like having the familiarity of your favorite local watering hole, the professionalism of a top medical office, and the charisma and lovability of your favorite TV doctor rolled into one. Don't rob yourself of the soon to be best part of your week by going elsewhere.

I came here about a year ago for an adjustment (nothing too serious, just some tightness and moderate upper back pain) when I initially moved down to the Palm Beach Gardens area. Several hours after my first (and final) visit, I truly wish I hadn't. I have always been skeptical of chiros. Chiropractors are not required to hold a medical degree, hence many are not doctors.

The one I saw did not seem very experienced, especially after the intense pain and immobility I suffered shortly after my visit. When I arrived, my immediate intuition was, "Dang, this place is run down, I hope this isn't a reflection of how my appointment will go." Additionally, all the chiropractors pictured on the wall in the waiting room were no longer practicing at this location, nor were there any photos of the chiropractor I was about to see.

Although the lady that adjusted me was very kind and amicable, she had a great deal of trouble 'releasing the tension' of my upper back. She had to try several different methods, and her final method partially worked (for a very short period of time before getting worse). She eventually had to grab me from behind and pick me up, essentially bobbing me up and down.

When I had found a good chiro later on, he explained her method was a very generalized one. When I asked if she needed to take x-rays, she told me that wasn't necessary. Hours later, I was about a 6 out of 10 on pain. When I came in, I was a 3 out of 10, at worst. As the days went on, it became so bad I could barely get out of bed. Finally, I decided to go and give another chiro a try.

This time, I really did my research on the specific chiro, and not simply the practice. As I was walking to my car to drive to the new chiro, I had to stop several times, almost falling over due to the immense amount of pain and shockwave feelings going through my back. It was one of the most unbearable pains I have experienced. Several weeks later, I reached out to the owner of the practice to explain my issue, as well as request a refund (I figured this is the very least they could do for causing more of an issue, and I wasn't about to go back and see the same chiro or office that put me in this state).

I was never called back as I was told I would be, nor refunded. Long story short, I highly suggest finding another chiro. And more importantly, look at the reviews and listen to word of mouth of those with a medical degree. They generally have a much better understanding of your body and what is going on with it.

Happy to find a Chiropractor office in the area that doesn't offer all the mumbo Jumbo !!! Nutrition gimmicks etc ... Just their bare hands and expertise and give you almost instant relief from back pain and pleasant staff !!!

After months of exasperating neck I made an appointment with Dr. Colon. As soon as I met her I felt relief. I was not disappointed, after my first treatment I knew I was in right place. After a few treatments my neck pain is almost resolved. I am sleeping better also. The staff is warm and friendly, always feel they are glad to see me. So thankful I found this gem.

Dr. Papa's team was very helpful. Their service was quick and I got appointments in a timely manor. The staff was very professional and took care of me without dragging out appointment like Health Source did. I would highly recommend Dr. Papa's team to take care anyone who is hurting as much as I was.

Prior to seeing Dr. Papa, the M.D. I was referred to for my back injury only offered me narcotics for pain with NO treatments. I was definitely not comfortable with that. When I went to Dr. Papa, he listened to me and started treatments immediately. Although it took quite awhile to heal and become pain free, I did it all without ANY pain meds thanks to Dr. Papa.

I have not been to a chiropractor for many years... I prefer to tough out my pain and suffer hoping it will get better. I finally had little choice because my pain was having an effect on my mobility, i.e. getting in and out of my car! I went to Papa Chiropractic on a recommendation of my niece and I will never tough out my back pain again. Everything at Papa Chiropractic was straight forward and efficient.

Upon my first appointment I immediately felt that I was in good hands, I had less pain and increased mobility. In my case after a few more visits I was pain free. I left each appointment with instruction for stretches that I do on my own to strengthen my back and avoid future back strain. I am grateful to all of the staff for their care, I now live with a healthier back.
