Perrin Family Chiropractic
I would like to start out by giving you a little background information on me first. I grew up in Aurora, IL. My parents were patients of chiropractic for many years. My mom actually thinks she got pregnant with me because of her low back adjustments from Dr. Applegate in Niles, MI. I became a patient when I was ten years old after I injured my low back in a boogie boarding accident.
During my first semester at Waubonsee Community College, my family chiropractor, Dr. Jody Fox, suggested that I should study chiropractic. She hired me as a Chiropractic Assistant so that I could see what it was like. I took care of patient files, prepared the patient for their treatments, and performed ultrasound and muscle stim therapies. I was hooked immediately and decided that chiropractic was what I wanted to do. My parents and I visited Palmer College of Chiropractic and I loved it. Once I completed my Bachelors of Health Science at Aurora University in 2000, I transferred Palmer in March of 2001 and graduated Magna Cum Laude in June, 2004.
Since Graduating, I have practice in both Illinois and Michigan with multiple chiropractors. After working with so many wonderful Chiropractors, I decided I wanted my own practice. In 2009, the opportunity to practice in Joliet became available and I have been practicing chiropractic in Joliet ever since.
