I was constantly in severe pain and always feeling tired. The doctors could not tell me what was wrong, even after going through numerous tests. I am now feeling better. I have so much energy. I visited planet Welness Chiropractic last year and I experienced a significant improvement in my overall health. All the staff here were so friendly and welcoming that I felt l was with my family each time I visited them. From the receptionists to the nutritionist and the Chiropractor himself. Although the visits were more expensive than I expected, they were very beneficial to me because my health and wellness matter a lot.
It was like a Health Education Class to me. I learned many different exercises and stretches that help me manage stress and reduce pain. I also learned about nutrition and digestive health right in their waiting room. From neck pain to back pain and muscle aches and pains in all my joints, I felt so much relieved after each visit. The X-ray screening made me understand that improper body posture over the years might be partly responsible for most of the joint and muscle pains so I try to keep my body posted right while walking, standing, sitting, driving and even while sleeping. Amazingly, this has been helpful in reducing my pain. I do my stretches several times a day. Thanks and appreciation to Planet Wellness Chiropractic for educating me about my body.

I have had pain in my neck and back since I got into a bad car accident when I was 19. The pain has gradually gotten worse as I have gotten older and I truly thought that it was not correctable. I got terrible headaches and took Motrin and muscle realxers almost daily. I got a coupon to visit Planet Wellness Chiropractor for a full set of x-rays and review and first adjustment for 19$ so I decided to check it out. X-rays alone are usually hundreds of dollars so I thought this was a great deal.
When you walk in the door you are instantly greeted w love and kindness. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They walked me through the moves of everything that I had to do before my adjustment and then I had the adjustment. After about 4 weeks I didn't need to take the medication as much! I was not getting headaches as much and I always felt so much better when I left.
I am now almost done with my treatment plan and I am down to once a week. I do not need the muscle relaxers at all anymore and very rarely use the Motrin! I didn't think it was possible to feel better, I really thought I was just going to have to live w the pain for the rest of my life and these amazing people have showed me that is not the case! Thank you so much to everyone on staff at planet wellness! I plan to bring my husband and daughter here as well!

I have been going to chiropractors for over 50 years, across several states. From my experience, a good chiropractor does NOT need x-rays to adjust you. This is simply a way to generate more revenue for the business. I went here for the $19 special (consultation, exam, x-rays, adjustment) which had to be done in 2 visits. Then when they started talking about their 'Care Plan' and financing options, I told them I wasn't interested.
I am not buying a car so why would I want to finance anything? Chiropractors, in general, will want you to come in twice a week for several weeks and then weekly for the rest of your life. If you have insurance that will pay for that, great! But additional x-rays (to show how the treatments are working), seriously? Except for no high pressure salesperson, this reminded me of a timeshare 'opportunity'.

Really helped improve my back and wrist. By far the best staff I've ever met (shout out to Bethany specifically for the great work and always sharing a good conversation). Never had a bad experience with the adjustments and Doctor Chad is really invested in his patients. Wouldn't go anywhere else for Chiropractics.

Dr Chad is not only a great Chiropractic Dr, he's a great person in general with a loving heart. He truly wants to help people and give back. I guess that's what attracts me to Planet Wellness! The overall feeling you get when you are there is very comforting and the addition of the new building. that just took it over the top! The building is gorgeous and very professional.
You truly feel like you are at a high end establishment but yet, with the same God loving feelings of care and hope. Glad to know Dr Chad and the team and very thankful for all the help!

Dr. Chad is an excellent chiropractor and a thoughtful and kind person. Not only has he done a great job helping heal my body, especially after a car accident that caused whiplash and other damage, he has gone above and beyond to help my other family members as well. His massage therapist, Carolyn, is excellent also. Highly recommend!

My experience from the first initial phone call was very pleasant. I did do a $19 special that included the first appointment, X-ray, and evaluation. It was an option to pay the $19 before first visit and I would receive the first adjustment free. The facility was clean and welcoming and they did give me a small tour of the facility durning my first visit. Overall, my first visit was extremely pleasant, the only complaint I would have is their urgency to get insurance information.
During my second visit the doctor went over my X-ray and explained my chiropractic issues and his assistant went over the treatment plan (which seemed pretty standard) and payment options. It was a six month plan. I mentioned that I would have to go over the options with my husband and give them a call back. I called the next day (which was a Thursday), I spoke with the lovely lady that answered the phone "I can help" told her my situation and she insured me a call back from someone that could help.
It has been over a week, no call back. I do understand that it is a business. It is just unfortunate that they do not have the urgency for my chiropractic care. It makes me think that having an insurance company that includes chiropractic care is priority.

My husband has been having neck and back pain he went for his first initial appointment and was absolutely satisfied and so excited for his next appointment. He is not one to usually go in for any kind of appointments but I have heard nothing but good things about Planet Wellness. Even without having any alignments I am positive that planet wellness is a fantastic place to cure whatever issue you may have. The office and staff were very inviting and made me feel comfortable. Dr Chad has a great personality and was very knowledgeable and I can't wait to see his skills change my life.
