The environment in the clinic is always great from the time you walk in the door and I'm convinced that Dr Luke is a magician. I had never had regular chiropractic care until I started seeing him after having an ankle surgery and it made such a difference in my overall health that I'll continue to see him forever. The front desk staff is top notch and every part of the experience start to finish is always amazing. My whole family comes here and I recruit everyone I can to switch to Proctor Chiropractic.

There are are enough good words to explain the excellence of care Dr. Luke provides. He is a rare gem in the medical community who is truthful, competent, and genuinely cares for his patients!

Dr. Luke is amazing. I am a healthcare worker who would describe herself as very active. Since I regularly go to the gym, finding myself unable to bend forward without my lower back tightening up on me was irritating - my hands wouldn't go past my knees when bending over. I am fortunate enough that I could still go about my daily routine but after one month of this aggravating back tightness, I decided to go to a chiropractor for the first time.

I was nervous but dr. Luke put my nerves to rest immediately. Not only was he incredibly thorough in his assessment, but he went over very in depth education on the pathology of my problem - even going so far as to pull up pictures of muscles and show me the origin/insertions of the related muscles (something that, as a healthcare worker, I greatly appreciated).

He then taught me stretches that would help correct the problem and did an adjustment (again, patiently talking me through the whole process). I have heard of people saying that their chiropractors require them to make weekly visits; another tactic that makes me question the genuinity of the providers. After two sessions with Dr. Luke, he told me I wouldn't need to see him for 3-4 weeks and then after the next one we would reassess how much I would need to see him. Clearly, his intentions are to correct AND educate, so as to equip his patients with the tools they need to not need him. I will be a returning client and will refer any friends of mine who find themselves in need of chiropractic services.

I traveled to Washington to visit family. I was struggling with back pain and although I called a few offices. Proctor Chiropractic gave me an appointment. I met with doctor Luke and after a comprehensive review of my symptoms and mobility, he aligned my spine, and explained the reason for my back. He provided me with a plan to address the issues with my muscles.

After the appointment I received plan and report. I really appreciate the service and kindness from the office staff to the doctor. Thanks again to Dr. Luke and everyone in the office. Your service is much appreciated. When I return to town I will be stopping by.

Dr. George and his staff are amazing. My husband fractured two ribs about a month ago and then two weeks later, while changing our baby, threw his back out. He couldn't get out of bed or move easily. I called every walk-in clinic in town but the wait times were three plus hours sitting in the waiting room. I finally got smart and called these guys, as I've had wonderful chiropractic experience throughout my four pregnancies.

They were fully booked for the day, but upon explanation, they said to have him hobble in and they would absolutely get him in whenever he could walk in. We own our own restaurant and have four kids- so having my husband out of commission was a HUGE deal in my life. Within half an hour of seeing Dr George- and stretches and prods, my husband was able to return to work. He's been back twice and is, as far as I can tell, back to normal.

He plans to keep going weekly to stay ahead of his back pain. I'm even considering going now based on this experience. Can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you!

Dr George and Dr Luke are fantastic chiropractors! They listen, take the time to get to know you on a personal level and treat you with respect. They both are compassionate and never over-treat. I've seen lots of chiropractors in my life but never have I felt so comfortable and genuinely cared about in regards to the service they provide. Proctor Chiropractic is an office of kindness, professionalism and genuine caring. I was referred to Dr George after a work related injury. Not only did he treat my injury, he was able to recommend techniques to correct long standing neurological issues I was burdened with for years. Dr George is amazing! His care far surpasses that of other practitioners. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr Luke is equally amazing. I will highly recommend this office to all my family and friends.

I've been a patient at Proctor Chiropractic since I moved to the area in 2014. The staff is amazing! The doctors/massage therapists not only treat you effectively, but they listen and educate, providing stretches/exercises to help strengthen and stabilize the affected areas. I recently needed physical therapy for my neck, back, and shoulder due to a car accident and spent the first half of 2019 receiving regular massage and chiropractic care. I couldn't have been happier with the treatments, service, and results. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a chiropractor or massage therapist in the area!

Had a great experience. After a few visits I felt better overall! Will be going back when I need more chiropractic care. Staff is friendly, and office was clean, great location.

This place is a facade. You think they genuinely care, but are definitely doing what they do for the money. I feel like they intentionally manipulate you to stay hurt or get hurt. Then that just keeps you coming back. Pretty bad experience at the end.

Dr. George is the consummate professional and personable, as is his front desk and billing rep. With laser like precision he always goes straight to the tight spots and loosens them prior to any adjustment. He utilizes a variety of techniques based on my pain level. He doesn't just "crack" your joint for that popping sound. He also demonstrates exercises to strengthen weaknesses and/or correct your form. He truly feels like a partner in your road to recovery/wellness.

The couple massages I had were the worst massages ever. It felt awkward, the masseurs did not perform the full body massage as requested. The chiropractors are a rip off, they pretend to be doctors by having a workflow similar to medical clinics with check in secretaries, privet rooms, multiple chiropractors and even pretending to know what you need to do to heal - in the end it will involve you returning to visit them every week and give them all your money.

The worst part is that after few adjustments I never felt better, even had the opposite result with more pain than I had before visiting them. My partner also had a bad experience that caused her first ever back pain in over 30 years. Just don't even consider this place! Not worth the risk.

Proctor Chiropractic is a real find! I've been continually impressed with excellent service, extraordinary care, and communication that truly feels focused on my needs. I've learned a lot about the bodies nerves, spine and fascia manipulation, which Dr. George is well education on. Tremendous improvement has been made for me in a very short time. I highly recommend! All the staff here are top notch!

My boyfriend who is retired army vet has been suffering from lower back pain due to explosion during deployment. One day he was in so much pain, I decided to take him here, didn't care about the price. I just needed him to be seen by professional. VA wasn't the option as they take forever. Even though it says they welcome walk-ins, the lady at the front desk told us that they are appointments only.

She didn't even try to help us, said they don't have openings till following week. No one was waiting in the waiting area, she didn't even ask doctors if they can take us. We couldn't even explain why we walked in. The best way to spot a good hospital? The good reception. I know this isn't hospital but I was so disappointed how we were treated. We'll go somewhere else.

A painful knee injury from a fall had zapped my zeal for walking and outdoor exploration for 9+ months. So grateful to have been referred to Dr George and be on a path to finally believing I can heal.

Dr. George is the best chiro I have ever been to. He is extremely knowledgable and a fantastic teacher. When you leave, you have a deeper understanding of your condition, you know what to do and why it is important. Not to mention, he is just awesome to listen to as he has such a curiosity for research and a variety of different techniques and practices. Honestly, I hope he becomes a professor--any student would be incredibly lucky to learn from him. :

I'm 35. Ive been in multiple car accidents. Ive been in chronic pain for 10+ years. The pain just became my normal, so no big deal right? Wrong, and come to find out, Ive been wrong about the pain in my 'back' for all these years. My hips are off.did you know that your pelvis can cause horrible pain in your entire back! Well, I did not.

I started seeing a naturopath a few months ago after being SO tired of the two-minute-who are you-I'm busy-nutrition whats that-doctors and she recommended I see a Chiropractor because I was having nerve spasms in my shoulder and my toes were numb. I'm not a fan of being touched by strangers and didn't want someone to just 'crack my back' so to speak.

I can tell you, I am extremely glad I followed through and came here. Ive seen Dr Luke only twice now but he has me so full of hope that it brought tears to my eyes, literally. I would recommend this place to anyone weary of going to a chiropractor, its very relaxing, the front office ladies are very nice and helpful-even remembered my name on the second visit.

Now thats customer service! Dr Luke explains everything so I can understand what my body is doing and how to fix it. He is realistic, caring and very personable. I can say with the knowledge he is giving me I have full faith that I will one day walk around pain free. The only cons I have to say is the parking is tight and there is little of it and I wish I had just a tad more time in the appointment.

Other than that, its a great place to go and I actually look forward to going. I have NEVER said that about a medical facility. I don't use five stars on a whim, I really do believe this place deserves it. Check them out.

My husband has been trying to get me to try his chiropractor since he found this place and would not stop talking about how great they were! After a very long and stressful week away from home I woke up with a crick in my neck. Three days later it was still there and I finally gave into my husbands advice to try this place out. This was my first time ever visiting a chiro but can imagine it ever getting any better than this.

He made my neck pain go away and I casually brought up at my appt that I had been dealing with planters faciatis that and Dr. Luke said he could fix that! Shocked to hear that I came in consistently for 3 days a week to see him for a couple weeks and it was GONE! So happy this place is only 3 blocks from our new home!

I had to visit Proctor Chiropractic for a work-related injury. I had tried physical therapy and massage therapy at Apple in Lakewood but didn't feel that I was getting any better or improving. So I saw Dr. Joel Vrana at the Auto and Work injury center in Tacoma and what a bad experience I received. So I did some research and found Proctor Chiropractic. Amanda, Gaby, and Christy (a group of very friendly, knowledge, and professional women) got me an appointment to see Dr. Chinn.

Long story short.after 20 visit with Dr. Chinn my back and neck feels a lot better. I am so happy that I found them. As part of my treatment I had to do massage therapy as well and Emily really worked out all the knots in body that allowed the healing process to speed up.
