We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our St. Louis Park chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.

This initial visit is designed for Dr. Sharon Schroeder to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

My entire family gets treated by Dr. Schroeder. We completely trust her with our body care and love her holistic approach to care. My youngest daughter is a soccer player and always has some sort of twerk that Dr. Schroeder treats seamlessly! We love going to the chiropractor now because we know the relief our bodies will feel afterwards!

I have gone to Schroeder Chiropractic for over 15 years. Dr. Schroeder's chiropractic adjustment approach is very different from other chiropractors and I personally prefer Dr. Schroeder's approach. She preps your body to loosen up the muscles with heat packs, etc and integrate massages to loosen up neck muscles before adjustments so the body is not in shock for the adjustment.
I went to other chiropractor before who schedules 15 min appointment and went right in for adjustment without much prep work resulting my body feeling in shock of the adjustment. Dr Schroeder can also integrate acupuncture/acupressure points when she sees the need. I pulled my hamstrings 10 years ago and her integrated approach helped me recover fully and naturally. Also, you may find some chiropractors are pushy in selling products to you.
She has products in her office that she sells but I NEVER felt that her team being pushy in selling anything to me. I usually inquire the products on the shelves (instead of them pushing the sale) and if the products are not a fit, they are always so cool about me not purchasing it. I joke that I would not let others to adjust me with her but I'm actually serious about it.
I'll continue visiting Schroeder Chiropractic (even though it's 1/2 hour drive for me each way) until Dr Schroeder retires. Well worth the visits for spine maintenance or if you suffer from an injury.

Fantastic experience. Dr Schroeder is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She always takes the time to convey (in easy to understand terms) exactly what issues I'm experiencing with my back/body. She is thoughtful and caring in her approach, very holistic but also unique in that she sees her patients from beginning to end (I've been to other places that shuffle you through rooms and different to people). She has passion and dedication for her practice and the health and well being of her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Staff for nearly 16 years and for awhile he was between Cli cs, so I wasn't able to obtain care from him for about 2 years. But what a difference his work makes to my health, he never rushes the visit, and will address most issues. He is very knowledgeable about areas one would not even relate to Chiropractic, but he'll do research for you and give helpful feedback.
So glad I was able to reconnect after a couple years interim. Having been a Healthcare provider myself in cranial sacral therapy, Asian Bodywork, lay midwife and Chinese Health studies, I highly recommend him. Dr. Staff will dig right and get to the source of the problem!
