- I would recommend this business
Over the years, no matter what I have had (tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, shin splints, knee pain, golfer’s elbow, hip pain, or sciatica), Dr. Duncan has been able to resolve it. He has probably saved me from at least three surgeries. His assessment process is very thorough, and through it he is able to find the best exercise for my condition. Great care from start to finish, and he gives me tips for prevention which I use to this day.

After a back injury left me barely able to work, I sought out local chiropractor who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for treatment. I was then referred to Dr. Duncan, and after assessing my movements he gave me a simple exercise to perform throughout the day. Using that exercise I quickly regained my mobility, became pain free, and was able to work again. The incredible part was that the whole thing was conducted though Telehealth, and even though we were several hours apart he was able to guide me from start to finish.
From Our Website
The system that we use, the McKenzie Method, is ideally suited for telemedicine. Since we are looking movement and tracking symptom response, our examination can be easily carried out through video, and when given the proper guidance, many patients can effectively treat themselves. It is these features of our assessment and treatment process that allow us to use telehealth to help a lot of patients from start to finish. Grateful your simple exam allowed you to quickly identify my back as the source of my foot pain.
Plan on arriving to the clinic 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Please dress in clothes that will allow you to be able to move around in, since you will likely be moving around during your examination. Your entire first appointment will last about an hour, and will include history taking, the physical examination, clinical decision making, and treatment if warranted. Our goal is pain investigation, and during this mission our goal is to become like a detective where the pain is the victim and we are looking for the culprit.
