I have seen Sylvia and Christine for several years. I suffered a severe back injury and my recovery had plateaued which led me to try cranial sacral therapy. I felt relief of my pain right away after seeing Sylvia, and although it would return, eventually I found after a few appointments the results lasted much longer each time and I was able along with physical therapy to mostly return to my normal activities.

Most importantly I have been able to lie down again and sleep which had been very difficult. I now go in occasionally for "tune-ups" (my term) to have my spinal column decompressed. Both Sylvia and Christine are great, they each have slightly different approaches but are wonderful practitioners.

I recently had a massage with their in house masseuse, Amber and I highly recommend her. Her demeanor is friendly, calm and gentle. The massage space is peaceful. She was definitely in tune with my trigger points. & although soothing she was in tune with my trigger points and was able to go deep. It was a relaxing and therapeutic massage. The rate was more than reasonable and even though its onI 41st Ave. there was adequate free parking. I will definitely be going back! Hopefully on a regular basis. A++!.

I had been experiencing intense pain for a week in my hips and low back to the point that walking and daily living was challenging. I am so grateful to Dr. Skefich for her quick response to my messages (on a Sunday!) and getting me an appointment with her the following morning. Sylvia truly is a miracle worker. I had a 50 minute session with her today and, yet again, she has completely healed the pain in my pelvis that I have been living with for the past several months. I have been seeing Dr. Skefich and her team for a few years now. They are amazing. My daughter (now9) was having back pain due to her scoliosis, we tried acupuncture, massage, and traditional chiropractic, nothing helped, the chiropractor caused MORE pain. Since we have been receiving care from Dr. Skefich she has gotten so much relief. She loves going in.

I went to the office and received treatment from Christine and Evelyn as well as Dr. Skefich after my car accident for back pain. I'm now relieved of. I saw Dr. Skefich for pain during my pregnancy, I could barely sit or stand for too long at about 6-7 months along, I was in agony. After treatment from Dr. Skefich I had complete relief by the next day when she said I would. The care I receive is so gentle and thorough. It's the best!

Sylvia is great! She is very intuitive and has a wonderful way of explaining what she is doing to the body. She has been assisting me with TMJ pain and I always look forward to every visit. Also the 5$ neck roll she has at the front desk works AMAZING. There are also supplements available but I have yet to venture into these.

5 stars aren't nearly enough for a practitioner of Sylvia's caliber. Her professional attention-to-detail and skill set is unparalleled and the deep care with which it is delivered leaves me nurtured on all levels. I have been a patient for about 5 years and no matter what is happening with my physical body, Slyvia's vast knowledge of the physical, emotional, psychological and energetic realms addresses me precisely where attention is needed most. Sylvia is way more than a mere chiropractor. She is a gifted healer. What supports Sylvia's healing is a warm, welcoming environment and staff. HIGHLY recommended practitioner.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Have been seeing Dr. Skefich for probably almost 10 years. Appointments ALWAYS start and end on time. She takes plenty of time to assess and attend to your needs for each session. Never feel rushed (like I did at some other chiro who scheduled appointments in 5- or 10-minute sessions and was not surprisingly, always running late).

She is amazingly intuitive. Treatments are gentle but effective. I pay out of pocket because the care is so much better than what I got when I tried providers through my insurance plan. She's worth every penny.

She is an amazingly detail-oriented perfectionist, & super sweet, competent & compassionate. She finds causes that are otherwise hidden, She looks at the WHOLE picture. You can even use her Beemer once you are a patient! :-) Her staff is top notch. I can't say enough good things. so I will stop & not bore you. You deserve it-- try her out :-)

I have seen Sylvia for a number of injuries and she is able to help heal even the most stubborn injuries. I am a contractor and am very hard on my body, usually injuring my back and wrist. I am able to leave her office feeling good as new. She has a much more delicate style of working as compared to other chiropractors, but is much more effective. I will definitely be returning to her office.

Highly recommend Dr. Skefich. She has helped my neck and back considerably and has a wealth of knowledge on figuring out what the underlying causes of my back issues have been. Her goal is to get you well.

If you are used to standard western chiropractors with their abrasive adjustments then Dr. Sylvia is a world apart from that. I was surprised how gentle her process is but very effective in the healing process. I was told things I have never heard before from those "other guys." Overall, I am amazed and impressed by the staff and service.

I can't say enough good things about Sylvia and her staff. A problem that orthopedics could not pinpoint made walking difficult and driving impossible. Her non force treatments have been absolutely effective. I can walk, drive and I am grateful.

Sylvia is very professional and sympathetic, does great cranial-sacral therapy and her adjustments are long lasting and effective.
