They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
Thirteen years ago, I ruptured a disc in my lower back. I had back surgery and a long painful recovery with physical therapy. I chose an early retirement, rather than going back to work and risking further back damage. Three years ago, I started having sciatic nerve pain in my left leg, to the point where I could not drive or ride in a car for more than forty-five minutes. I have always been an active person and choose to remain active. I made an appointment with my primary care doctor and explained what was going on with my back. My choices were more surgery (which may not be successful), or physical therapy, which I have been through numerous times. I suggested a chiropractor. The doctor looked at me and said he would write me a prescription for whatever I wanted to do. I made an appointment with Wachusett Chiropractic Clinic and after a set of X-Rays, I started off with visits twice a week. After a period of time, Dr. Steven D'Aquila chased away the sciatic nerve pains. Three years later, I go for chiropractic services every two weeks. I have learned the hard way through trial and error, what words and how often I need to do it. I have found that just because I feel good does not mean that I can stop exercises and treatments. Through a consistent routine, I have been able to live an active relatively pain free lifestyle. Thank you, Dr. Steven D'Aquila.
