Our highly experienced staff consists of Chiropractors, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists. This multi-disciplinary approach brings a full range of services to treat acute and chronic pain. We use the most advanced techniques available to provide results that enrich the lives of each of our patients.
A: If you have not had a recent X-ray of your area of pain, generally we like to see images of that area before we begin treatment. We refer our patients to local Radiology offices for their X-rays. Facilities like RAI and Princeton Radiology have state of the art equipment that minimizes radiation exposure while providing us with the highest quality digital images.

Had lower back pain and after getting x-rays, I was informed for the first time that I had an extra lumbar vertebrae and half set of ribs. They explained my x-rays in detail and answered all my questions with therapy timelines. After a month of adjustments and light therapy, my posture is already better and pain is less! I just had my first exercise consulting and was thrilled to be able to start running again and work on strengthening my back and hamstrings.
The session was exciting, positive, and encouraging! The chriopractors here are calm, knowledgeable, and there for YOU. The rest of the staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming every single visit. They care about their job and are very efficient. Will probably leave another review later; this place is amazing.

I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. I literally could not move my neck or shoulders. After visit I slept like a baby. I truly can't thank Dr. S for his help. After each treatment I continue to feel better and better. The staff is friendly and helpful

I have had back pain off and on my whole life but never tried a chiropractor. Working from Home and stopping my exercise routine, I developed constant back pain day and night. After 2 months of regular treatment at Washington Wellness I was pain free. Dr. Swanekamp is very good and he has a great office team. He also helped my chronic shoulder and neck pain. I highly recommend Washington Wellness.

#1 Chiropractor in Central New Jersey. I've been to a lot of doctors and chiropractors but Dr. Swanekamp is better than all of them combined. I always have a great experience at Washington Wellness Center and the staff is friendly. The doctor has been helping my entire family over the last 10 years.

I just started coming to Washington Wellness about a month ago with severe head pain and I am SO happy with the results a month later! I have NO pain at all and have seen a huge improvement in my range of motion already. I always feel so welcomed when I come into the office! Dr. Swanekamp is so friendly and always makes you feel at ease!

Dr. David Swanekamp delivers professional, personal and effective chiropractic services from initial evaluation, testing, diagnosis to full service treatment. I have been a X-Ray tech for 45 years. After pushing equipment, pulling and lifting patients for all those years it has taken a toll on my back. My brother referred me to Dr David Swanekamp. My first contact was with the office personnel setting up my first appointment. This office staff works well with everyone. Sue was very friendly and professional and was able to give me an appointment in a timely fashion My first introduction to Dr Swanekamp was great.
He is an awesome person, very professional, friendly and has patience. He listens to your problems, does not rush you, explains what he can do for your issues We discussed decompression therapy for my specific back issues. I have gotten wonderful results with the decompression and I am very pleased with his treatments. I see Dr Swanekamp and his staff every 4-6 weeks now for preventative maintenance and I am happy to be pain free

Dr. Swanekamp was recommended to me by my daughter Chrissy a couple of years ago after suffering from neck pain. I highly recommend Washington Wellness Center in Robbinsville, NJ. He took the time to talk to me, examine and diagnose my injury making sure I was safely adjusted. Dr. Swanekamp and his staff are very professional and friendly, always making you feel welcome and comfortable.

I've tried many chiropractors over the years but the docs at Washington Wellness are by far the best. Friendly, flexible and attentive staff and doctors. Office is VERY clean (without feeling "cold") with modern equipment. Sometimes I tell people that Dr. Swanikamp is a "miracle worker" because I've had back pain so severe that I cannot stand or breath correctly and he helps me almost immediately.
Each visit he explains why I'm feeling pain and gives me excellent tips on prevention. But my favorite part? No pressure to return. And that's why I keep doing so. If other wellness centers followed this model they would have something. 5 stars
