My daughter and I were rear ended and in a lot of pain. We didn't know where to start. We went with Willow Bend because it was close to my office and this is going to be a long process. I couldn't have been more pleased with how we were treated. He explained everything throughly and even made sure my daughter understood. Our Doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease with the process and listened to my concerns. I do t feel like a number there and I have for this entire insurance claim. Dr. Heptig has been our Chiropractor for over 6 years. Brett and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We're never kept waiting. He takes time to listen and never seems rushed. I can't recommend this place more! I have been searching for a great chiropractor since moving to Texas and thankfully came across Dr. Heptig. He is very thorough and pays sincere attention to each adjustment to ensure quality of care. I am so grateful as I used to get muscle aches and headaches. They offer electrical stimulation for the muscles to help ease the adjustment afterward. The staff is always kind and friendly.

I've had back problems since I was a teenager and my back can be very tricky. My chiropractor of 20yrs retired and I was very nervous to try someone new. Several people suggested Dr. Heptig, so I gave it a try. He's amazing! I won't let ANYONE adjust my lower back accept him. EVER! I go as needed and am never pressured to do the 3x a week that many chiropractors "suggest". I'd been to one of these people which landed me in the hospital and in need of spinal injections. Dr. Heptic fixed the issue within a few visits!

This place is so clean, very comfortable setting, The staff are on it the minute you get there Most of all, the staff always had a friendly smile, make's you feel Welcomed. My Dr Heptig is the best, I have faith I will be pain free as I was a month ago, also walking just three times a week helped tremendously

I just went to the chiropractor for the first time today. Dr. Kurtz was great and explained everything to make sure I was comfortable while he was doing the adjustments. I'm an orthodontist and have been having neck pain for several years. After one session with Dr. Kurtz I can feel the difference and am scheduled to go back next week. Everyone in the office is super friendly and there was no wait for me to see the doctor. This was definitely a five star experience!
