I have received services on two occasions and was pain free upon completion of both treatments. Most recently, I was rear ended in a car accident. My neck was reinsured and I was treated for whiplash. All I can say is my treatment was great, and the staff are beautiful people. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Wootton treated me with spinal decompression 7 years ago when I thought I would have to cancel or postpone a trip to China. I was completely pain free and did the trip in fine form. Recently I started having a little pain again so I came back to Memphis from Virginia because I knew he could fix it. I am so that he is still in practice!

I have experienced serious lower back pain for the last 8 to 10 years. I can say I have been to see several doctors ( even specialists) at Methodist and never ever received relief, not even one prescription for pain medicine. They could not find the problem and I suffered horribly because of it. I finally made an appointment to see Dr. David Wootton on Tuesday 6-15-21 and since then everything has changed.

I have found Hope, it's at Wootton Clinic. I was greeted by Kristi ( she spells her name just like mine! ) who is very nice. Met Dr. Wootton, he listened to me, really listened. Then X-rays, he actually showed me the pictures and he explained what he saw TO me, in a way easy for me to understand. That has never happened before and I'm 51 with 3 children.

I then met Katie ( nice also :) spent 30 minutes on the decompression table and an adjustment after. WhenI left with my appointment card in hand, I ACTUALLY felt LESS pain! Really! I am so hopeful.finally. Thanks, Wootton Clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. David M. Wootton for over 20 years; he has been treating me for sciatic nerve problems which I had suffered with my entire life; I was an active child, teenager and adult but manage to bear the pain of numbness and spasms in my back and legs; Dr. Wootton began treatment on my back health issues and within months I was beginning to show progress; I always adhered to his advice to monitor my activities and there were some of those activities I had to limit to help control my back health; finally after many years of adjustments, therapy, I was numb-free and spasm free.

On January 5, 2020, I was stricken with a severe case of sciatic nerve pain which caused me to be bedridden for over 3-4 weeks; I kept Dr. Wootton informed of my condition and after allowing my body to heal with rest, OTC meds, I was able to get to Dr. Wootton's office for a therapy session; it was very painful, but I pushed through the pain and again listened to Dr. Wootton's instructions; returning home, I followed the doctor's orders and began slowly to improve; the second therapy session was painful but I was able to remain on the therapy table a longer length of time which helped in my healing process; the third session was a full session; during the time of therapy sessions in the beginning, I was on a walker to assist me to be mobile.

During this time, I fought frustration and depression but I knew that I would get better and the encouraging words from Dr. Wootton and his staff brought me to a smile on my face!.The Wootton clinic had to close for a period of time due to the pandemic. I was very strict upon myself to adhere to Dr. Wootton's instructions about my healing process; after returning to his office - there was no walker to assist me to be mobile!

I was walking slowly, the adjustments Dr. Wootton that he has done on my neck, lower back, legs, and hips have improved my back health after each visit. During the pandemic and my sciatic nerve pain episode, I endeavored to stay mobile doing light housekeeping (dusting, wiping surfaces and other light jobs around my home). I began doing light stretching exercises every morning and evening; these exercises are helping me to be more flexible in my movements during the day; if I perform too many stretching exercises and my muscles are sore the next day, I rest my body due to the fact that my body is in a healing mode.

The fact that Dr. Wootton is a Godly man, I am assured that his prayers and the prayers of his family, my family and friends have brought me through this ordeal. Dr. Wootton's son, Dr. Jared Wootton adjusted me very carefully during the beginning of this ordeal due to his father being out of town, he was very concerned, treating my back issues with great care.

The care I have received from The Wootton Clinic over these past 20+ years has been amazing and honestly, at my age of 71, if I hadn't stepped into the Wootton Clinic, I would probably have poor back health along with other health problems.

My wife was having major back pain and her general practitioner of course recommended surgery. This was out of the question - due to cost and down time. She went to Dr. David Wootten and it did take some time - but she is in great shape now. She is a believer and so am I. Being in normally good physical shape myself, I usually have little to no issues. BUT- I bent down to pick up a piece of paper and the pain shot through by back and did not stop.

After 4 days of crawling out of the bed, using ice and any healing creme I could get- I went to see Dr. Wootten. I immediately felt better and after a week of treatments - I was back to normal. We HIGHLY recommend the Wooten Clinic.

Dr. Wootton and staff have been great to work with. Twice now over the last six years I was in an intense amount of pain, barely able to function due to tramautic events. Within a week in both instances, I got much needed relief. I love that they get you in and out of the office so quick making it easy to get treated and get back to work. For the past 10+ years, I have been seeing Dr David Wootton for adjustments and decompression treatments on my back. I have 5 bulging disks in the cervical area and the decompression treatments really help eleviate the pain and discomfort. As a seanstress, I work at my sewing machine most every day which strains my upper back. I also teach sewing lessons.

The adjustments keep the pain level manageable and I am able to be more productive. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Wootton. I am suffering with severe lower back/neck problems. I saw an advertisement on TV about Wooten Clinic treating some of the Memphis Grizzlies basketball players. So I said if it is good enough for them, it was good enough for me. I made an appointment and was highly impressed. The staff was very pleasure and reassuring. After previously receiving unsuccessful treatment I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wootton. I was very happy with his course of treatment and have been a patient of Dr. Wootton for over 13 years. Hello, I'm Stella Woods, a patient at Wootton Clinic, and they helped me999 restore my health. Two years ago I fell and injured a disc in my back that leaned against the sciatic nerve causing tremendous pain. I took pain medicine and recieved a nerve block that relieved it for a few weeks. However, I was not healed. I saw the ad for the Wootton Clinic and decided to visit it. Treatments from the chiropractors helped me heal. Later, I injured my neck and lower back. I recieved treatments again. Proper diet and exercise were recommended. The Wootton Clinic helped to restore my health and dignity.

Careful with these guys. Despite his years of experience and satisfied clients, this practice is a Chiropractic mill. On the surface they act like they care but it's really about the money. They want you in and out of there as quick as possible, even if they try to hide the fact. Mr Wooton told me the subluxations in my neck were from my car wreck even though my X-rays from years ago had the same subluxations.

They are good bs'ers. $200 for 20 min of neck decompression machine, and $50 for the adjustment, when you only get one push on the neck and then "have a good day". Not a full body adjustment because they decide if they want to do that even if you'd like a full body adjustment because.there is no price difference. Bottom line, overpriced mill office that cuts corners and is money hungry. Steer clear.

The office bills you for treatments on the front end which is totally unprofessional if not unethical. The office makes X-rays of questionable quality performed by non RT professionals and other practices that some might question. A nurse practioner gives RX for conditions that were exacerbated by the decompression procedures done in this office. It is scary for a nurse to be writing prescriptions for patients with multiple issues without an MD supervision, and in our case we had to halt usage of the RX prescribed by the RN as it was inappropriate.
