I highly recommend posture pump to anyone with neck issues. After 4 months of pain, I was days away from surgery when I started using it and I am 90% today. It has been 6 years since my initial injury, I lifted a heavy window and slipped 2 discs in my neck. I tried everything! Chiropractic, epidurals, traction, drugs, rest; nothing worked. Pain level was a 10! I was back to normal within 3 weeks.

I still use my PP occasionally, if I have a headache or sleep crooked. I swear by it. My advice is if you get it, you need to use it, and you need to use it correctly. I was using it every hour in the beginning. Now I use it 3 times a year. It was a lifesaver for me. I hope it helps others as much as it helped me.
