These are done on site and help the doctors evaluate for any congenital anomalies, fractures, comorbidities (arthritis, etc.), and predisposing postural abnormalities. The x-rays taken on your first visit will typically be interpreted and explained to you on the initial visit.

Neck pain is a common complaint and can be caused by accident or injury, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs and other associated conditions. Triggers can be holding one position for an extended amount of time such as painting a ceiling, poor posture, or a sports injury. The pain can be a nagging ache or be severe shooting pains in the neck, or neck and arm. When this pain gets in the way of your everyday life it's necessary to get evaluated and treated to avoid progression into a chronic condition.

Give yourself enough time for the entire new patient intake process that on average takes up to about 90 minutes. After we have received all of the necessary info, we will take you back to your room where vitals will be recorded. Once this is done the doctor will be sent to see you. He will take a focused history of present illness, family history, and a review of systems to make sure all areas are considered.
