Dr. Hornback specializes in Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Kennedy Decompression Technique and Activator Methods adjusting techniques and is certified in Acupuncture. She received numerous awards related to her clinical studies and clinical practice while attending Logan College.

Dr. Shena first started her journey with chiropractic care when she injured her shoulder as a swimmer for Lakewood Ranch High School. As a patient of Dr. Cindy's, her curiosity grew about the field of chiropractic and she soon began working at HCW. Over the years, she not only worked as a chiropractic assistant while attending college, but she also was a nanny for the Hornback kids, Estella and Hayden. After witnessing the amazing results of chiropractic care with patients and her own ailments, Dr. Shena decided to become a chiropractor herself!

Dr. Carey Lam was introduced to chiropractic medicine at a young age by her next door neighbor, who was a chiropractor, that provided treatments for her family. She came back to chiropractic later in life after working in the pharmaceutical industry and realizing progress was more likely to be made and retained if patients were treated for wellness rather than symptoms.
