Dr. Holmes Moreno has been a practicing chiropractor since 1988 and has been practicing in Monterey Park, California, at Holmes Chiropractic since 1989. She has been a past president of California Chiropractic Association's LA Southeast District. She is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), Certified Medical Examiner DOT, Qualified Medical Evaluator for injured workers, and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
