Do not follow CDC guidelines and evidence based science to protect patients from Covid 19 infection. Unless you want to risk getting Covid, I highly discourage anyone from using this provider.

CROOKS! ROBBED ME OF MY TIME AND MONEY! IMPORTANT LESSON GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER! AND EVEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A COPY OF TREATMENT THEY STILL WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY PAPERWORK DESCRIBING WHAT WAS DONE. AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR A RECEIPT THE RECEPTIONIST MADE A BIG DEAL OUT OF HAVING TO PRESS THE "PRINT BUTTON" I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN SOMEONE I DIDN'T CARE FOR! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED PLACE!
