The spine houses and protects the spinal cord, which is the "switchboard" through which nerve impulses are transmitted from the brain to all parts of the body. Misaligned vertebrae (spinal vertebrae subluxations) interfere with these transmissions, often causing pain or discomfort.

Dr. Edwards enjoys mountain biking around San Diego, and is involved with San Marcos Youth Soccer and San Elijo Hills Matrix Soccer. Dr. Edwards is a 1993 graduate of Southern California University of Health Sciences, formerly Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He has specialized training in spinal injuries and sports rehabilitation.

We are the providers for many of the health insurance plans which cover chiropractic care. Carriers such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, American Specialty Health, Veterans Administration, Medicare, Kaiser Permanente and Optum Health all offer chiropractic coverage. Our staff is specially trained to deal with billing qustions, and are experts on all types of insurance.
