I have been receiving treatment from Adio Chiropractic for over a year now. They have been so fantastic and I really can't praise them enough! We started incorporating Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization into my massage sessions recently, and that has been a huge help. I used to have to beat myself up with a theracane, or constantly roll a lacrosse ball between my shoulder blades to get some pain relief, but the IASTM really seems to be the key to unlocking my back! Bottom line is they have all the services you need here and the personalized care that I have not been able to get anywhere else!
