I am a participating Medicare provider and an out-of-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross/Blue Shield, OptumHealth and United Health Care. Being an out-of-network provider allows me to spend as much time as necessary with each and every patient. The first visit is about an hour and includes history taking, exam and treatment while follow-up visits are about 30 minutes.
